It was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was no local taxi app, so the front desk called a taxi for us. They were afraid that we couldn't find the taxi and sent us to the taxi. The Chinese staff of the hotel also gave us a local travel guide. It was rare to feel a different sense of belonging abroad. I will come again next time.

Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.
