It was the best place where my wife and I had ever rested. And the hotel and the whole city of Shimoda is a paradise. We liked absolutely everything. And the hotel employee - Kaori, is an exceptional nature person. She gives her work 200% and is the heart of this hotel. Thanks to her scrupulousness, sensitivity and care, there was a feeling that my mother was taking care of us in the hotel. We will definitely come back again! We advise everyone to visit this city and this beautiful hotel at least once. Extremely affordable, and the ladies at the front desk were lovely. A special shout-out to the Japanese university student who is studying Chinese; she was incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time. All the staff were great. I overslept, and they didn't charge me extra for a one-hour late checkout, which was a fantastic service. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan.

Our first time in Shizuoka Hotel Accasia Shizuoka is big Classic Old style hotel consists of many restaurants and Banquet facilities Breakfast serving miso soup, udon be able to warm by yourself, rice with curry, Fresh Salad with various dressing, sausage , bread and butter and ice matcha unlimited. Don’t miss sweet one… Pudding Accasia style 🥰 Our in room is OK only one such as very soft bed is not suitable for healthy lovers. Room view not good Possibly we have stayed in lower floor #523 Anyway, happy to stay caused by very good location Not only very close to JR Shizuoka, restaurants in Parches building , Asty , and City Bus stations etc.

The room was actually quite spacious, bright, and comfortable, with clean beds and a fantastic full ocean view. However, the facilities were a bit dated. Also, probably due to staff shortages, the hotel offered guests staying multiple nights a 2000 JPY credit per night if they opted out of housekeeping, which could be used at the hotel's outlets. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find. Arriving at night, the navigation led us through small alleyways and stone steps. Carrying luggage up those steps was quite a struggle 😰, and after descending the stone steps, we still had to climb a slope… 😂. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you're arriving late! Overall, this hotel was very comfortable, and it was a pleasant end to our in-depth trip.

The staff are extremelly helpful and friendly. Environment is quiet, spacious and clean. Room is bigger than I thought. Onsen is good too. The location is very convenient, especially to those who plan to go to the Gotemba Premium Outlet from the hotel. The free shuttle bus will take you 10 minutes from the hotel to there. Highly recommended to everyone!

How do I describe my first impression of Tangoya? When we arrived, the owner picked us up at Izu Kogen Station and immediately took us to Mount Omuro to start our sightseeing. They even took our luggage back to the hotel, allowing us to enjoy a wonderfully relaxed afternoon at Mount Omuro and the Izu Animal Park. Stepping into Tangoya for the first time, I was immediately drawn to the building itself – so cozy, clean, and tidy. The furniture and design details truly showed the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Everywhere you looked was spotless. In the evening, during the blue hour, seeing the lights in our room gave us such a warm feeling, even being in a foreign country. Tangoya definitely played a huge part in our wonderful Izu experience. We had a great night's rest, and the breakfast we ordered for the next day also reflected the owner's careful planning. When it was time to leave, they even took our luggage to Jogasaki Kaigan Station, making our onward journey incredibly smooth. (Eating dinner in Tokyo tonight, we're flying home tomorrow. Wishing the owners all the best and a happy life. We hope to visit again someday!)

The free bread served for breakfast was great. It may not be enough for big eaters, but it was just right for me. The room was spacious and comfortable.

한국인 리뷰 위치 : jr누마즈역에서 남문으로 나온 후 3번 버스정류장에서 버스 탑승 후 2~30분 이동 / 시내여행 선호하시는 분들한텐 힘들겠지만 그래도 뚜벅이가 이 정도 퀄리티 숙소를 묵는다? 괜찮다 봅니다 버스는 710엔 들고 미니패스 사용가능 가격: 온천을 전세로 한 타임 (40분) 사용할 수 있다는 메리트와 일본 전통스타일 룸 거의 료칸인데 1박에 20만원대이니 2인 여행객들에게 추천드려요 완전 만족 서비스 : 이래도 되나 싶을정도로.. 너무 친절해서 몸둘바를 모름ㅜㅜ 오후에 계셨던 젊은 남자직원분 진짜 너무 감사했습니다 이번 여행에서 가장 기억에 남았어요 (ありがとうございました。💕) 기타: 이 곳 바로 옆은 산이기 때문에 벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 이건 당연히 이해하고 가셔야합니다. 저희는 306호를 배정받았는데 도마뱀인가 도롱뇽같은 친구랑 지네가 나왔는데 프론트에 전화로 말씀드리니 (벌레는 일본어로 무시 , 방 번호말하고 헤야니 무시가 아리마스 ) 바로 오셔서 잡아주시고 정말 되려 미안할정도로 사과와 함께 훌륭한 대처를 해주셨습니다. 방에서 문제가 생겨도 나몰라라하는 숙소가 많은데 여기는 계속 놀라셨겠다며 죄송하다며 수차례 말씀하시더라고요 저희는 정말 괜찮았고 따뜻한 대처에 감사했습니다. 온천은 가능하면 이른저녁시간은 비추합니다 시골이라 주변식당이 일찍 닫습니다..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전세 1타임 (1인당 온천사용료 150인가 200엔)에 아침, 밤으로 다같이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 온천 많이 이용하세요! 조식으로는 생선구이, 젓갈, 낫또, 수란, 샐러드 등등이 나오고 여기 자체가 외국인 관광객보다도 일본분들이 휴가로 오시는 것 같더라고요 진짜 찐 일본 가정식을 체험할 수 있었습니다! 사진이 전부 다 업로드실패네요🥲

Considering the price, it's pretty good. The views are lovely, and it's not far from the station – definitely within a ten-minute walk. Overall, everything was nice. The front desk staff spoke good English, so communication was seamless. The hot springs weren't crowded either. The only minor point is the dinner buffet; I felt it was just average, and for the price difference, you could probably eat much better outside.

とても清潔で設備もよかった。立地は沼津駅前でとても便利。細かい点でうれしかったのは電源タップが備え付けられていて充電に便利だったこと。早朝4時半にチェックアウトしたがスタッフの方がおられて対応していただけた。
