I stayed in a moderate single room. It was beautifully renovated and very cute. It was directly connected to the station, so it was very convenient to be able to buy various souvenirs in the station building.

This was my second stay, and the autumn scenery is even more beautiful than in summer! The hotel's environment, service, and food are all excellent. We stayed two nights, and the dinners were different. The second night's dinner was so lavish, I couldn't finish it all even though I was stuffed. The breakfast buffet was also superb. The hotel staff are all very friendly and can help you call a taxi. The hotel has many hot springs, and the water quality is excellent. The only pity is that the semi-open-air hot spring now has glass windows installed, so you can't properly enjoy the autumn scenery outside, and it feels a bit stuffy. The mixed-gender bath has the most beautiful views, and from 8 PM to 9 PM, it's reserved for ladies. It would be perfect if they could also arrange an hour for ladies during the daytime, as the daytime scenery is even better, and ladies might feel more comfortable in a mixed-gender bath during those hours. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I get the chance.

It's a bit far from the station. If you have big luggage, I recommend taking a taxi. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a restaurant in the hotel. Turn left and there is a shopping mall. It's old, but the overall maintenance is OK. The sanitation is clean and the front desk can communicate in basic English. It's not too far from Shenglouge, you can try it

The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

Like: The big bath is very comfortable, and I took the child to soak twice. 2. Convenient parking, suitable for self-driving. 3. The service staff is kind and polite. Not like: 1. If you don't smoke, remember to book a non-smoking room. I didn't notice when I booked (I was too a soldier). I booked a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was very heavy. It was my most regrettable place. Satisfaction is 90 points.

The Resort location can easily access the Appi Kogen slope and rentals. Hotel is generally good but some details could be improved; such as providing towels in the onsen, increase the number of washing machines and dryers. Food options within the hotel is limited. The best part is the sake tasting for 100￥

When I booked, I was worried that such a cheap hotel might not be good. But it exceeded my expectations! There were two completely different styles of hot spring baths, and the quality of the onsen (hot spring water) was excellent; one of them even had a smooth, slippery feel. During my one-night stay, I used the onsen five times in total, which was excellent value for money. Adding dinner cost 5500 yen per person, which was a bit pricey, but I still wanted to support it. If you're visiting Morioka, I highly recommend staying here for a night to wash away the fatigue of your journey with a soak in the onsen!

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the beautiful view from our room. The food was outstanding, and the staff were very accommodating. The only drawbacks were the absence of a washlet in the bathroom and the inconsistent internet connection in the room.

We chose to stay at this hotel because we were going to Appi Plateau for skiing. It only takes about half an hour to drive there, which is very convenient. The hotel is much larger than expected, the staff is very friendly, the most surprising thing is the hot spring, the open-air bath is super comfortable, a lot of skin care products are provided. Free coffee and soda are provided in the lobby, which is very generous. There are also two free bottles of water in the room refrigerator every day. The room rate includes one night and two meals. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a Japanese kaiseki cuisine, which is very delicious.

- The main thing is that the front desk is really exaggerated! It's really exaggerated! We asked her to book a restaurant and told her the name, date and number of people, and confirmed it several times, but she actually booked a barbecue restaurant for us that she ”thought” we should go to. Luckily we confirmed again, but the second time she booked the wrong date, and the third time she booked two people instead of three. After communicating several times, she made several basic mistakes. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I wrote down the restaurant, date and number of people, but she still booked the wrong date and told us it’s ok😂 Our friends who were traveling with us finally couldn’t stand it anymore and said to her it’s not ok. It wasn’t even an insult. She cried in front of us😅 - The hotel started to have a power outage at around 6 o'clock, and then there was no hot water until almost 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening. I could only take a shower at that time, and it was almost 2 o'clock when I finished washing and packed up. The breakfast in the morning was not allowed to be delayed. I was not allowed to eat until I requested it, and there was no apology or compensation. This hotel is really expensive. . Especially in a small place. . - There are other rude things, like telling my friend that the wine in the wine cellar is very expensive, which is contemptuous. . Maybe they think we are guests staying at Crown Plaza? As a high-end hotel, this is not the way they should treat guests. They should be polite to everyone. . He gave me a nice look when we met again at Teppanyaki. . By then we were ready to file a complaint. I'm too lazy to talk about the rest. They ask you to sit down for breakfast and then ask you to change seats when you want to eat, etc. haha The hotel is too new, so you have to be mentally prepared to go there. The price is definitely not up to par with the service, and it feels a bit like paying for something.
