The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Overall, the hotel is great and perfect for those who want to focus on skiing. However, the hotel is a bit old and the soundproofing isn't the best. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any issues. The facilities are also well-equipped and suitable for families, with many amenities and ski lesson packages for children.

In the natural environment surrounded by mountains and forests, the clear stream behind the inn flows gurgling, healing the body and mind. It is fun to enjoy each of the four hot springs that flow directly from the source, but we especially recommend the deepest hot spring in Japan. This is a self-propelled natural rock bath ”Shirasaru no Yu”. This is a very rare hot spring. Due to its depth, you can stand up to enter, but it is evenly distributed throughout your body. It is said that applying hot water pressure can effectively promote blood circulation. The hall also has a nostalgic atmosphere, as if traveling to the past. The hospitality of the staff is also very attentive. If you have the opportunity to stay in Hanamaki, it is a hotel worth staying in.

Conveniently located beside JR Morioka station and Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line with the bus terminus across the road in front of the hotel and also housed within the same building as the FESAN Shopping Mall. Room was spacious and the breakfast (buffet style) in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant was good. City sightseeing bus stops at 5pm so I opted to walk to Morioka Castle/Park which took about 20mins to reach.

Hotel is around 1km out from Morioka station. Road towards the hotel is really bumpy with a lot of uneven surfaces. If you have heavy luggage or not physically strong enough, I suggest taking a taxi. the rooms are really spacious and value for its money. It’s very near supermarket, shopping district and right smack in the middle of 2 7-11. Right around the corner is the morioka castle. Overall, if you are a light traveller, highly recommend this hotel.

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

It was my first time staying in a Japanese hot spring hotel and I had dinner in my room. There are many kinds of food, the rice at the end is special but I can't eat it anymore, the hot spring has indoor and outdoor. It's big, has a great view and a sauna. There are many styles of shower gel and shampoo to choose from. The breakfast was also great. The room is big and the view outside the window is beautiful. There is also a massage chair to relax your back.

We chose to stay at this hotel because we were going to Appi Plateau for skiing. It only takes about half an hour to drive there, which is very convenient. The hotel is much larger than expected, the staff is very friendly, the most surprising thing is the hot spring, the open-air bath is super comfortable, a lot of skin care products are provided. Free coffee and soda are provided in the lobby, which is very generous. There are also two free bottles of water in the room refrigerator every day. The room rate includes one night and two meals. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a Japanese kaiseki cuisine, which is very delicious.

Hotel by the sea has a nice view and clean and comfortable rooms with a bit of space for suitcases. The breakfast has a good range of food and was tasty. It was a little way from restaurants if you didn’t book in there for dinner, but overall a good experience.

The hotel's scenery was absolutely stunning! We visited in April, and opening the window revealed beautiful lake views and snow-capped mountains. The hot springs were also fantastic. It happened to be a festival in April, so there were folk song and dance performances in the evenings. There's a shuttle bus service between Morioka Station and the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. If you can't get on the shuttle, there are also public buses that go to the hotel.
