Hyatt Centric Kanazawa

Nice hotel, the only downside is it's a bit far from the Old Town.

Facilities: A very new hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean and high-end. Environment: The transportation is extremely convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as the number one hotel in Kanazawa. Service: Excellent. I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to visit Kanazawa in the future.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Jr station, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The room was spacious, though the hairdryer wasn't great. We had a minor incident on our second day, but the hotel manager handled it promptly and with great sincerity, which we really appreciated.

The hotel room was great, the location was convenient, and the staff were very enthusiastic.

The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. If we needed anything, we could just contact the front desk. All the facilities were top-notch. The intern at the front desk helped us check in early, and when we left an item behind in the room, the hotel promptly mailed it back to us. Service was absolutely perfect! A big thank you to all the staff!
