Hotels With bar in Akita Prefecture, Japan

The hotel is located on a mountain. In late April, the cherry blossoms at the foot of the mountain were in full bloom, but there was still some snow around the hotel. Lake Tazawa in spring, especially on a sunny day, is absolutely stunning; the water is a deep blue, just like the sea. We had great weather during our stay. Every morning after breakfast, we'd take the hotel's shuttle bus to Tazawa-ko Station to catch the Komachi Shinkansen to Kakunodate, Akita, and Morioka to see the cherry blossoms. In the afternoons, we'd take the Shinkansen back to Tazawa-ko Station, then the shuttle back to the hotel for dinner and a hot spring bath. The hotel service was excellent, and considering the price, the food was quite good too!

The friendly and attentive staff further enhances the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is a highly recommended retreat that offers both relaxation and delicious cuisine.

The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street. It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.

Really nice home stay in a lovely little village. The host was friendly and helpful. Even though we turned up super late, he was very gracious and welcomed us into his home. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, right next to JR Akita Station, close to the city’s tourist attractions. It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. But for some reason, the door of my room could not be closed normally, which made me very confused.

I stayed with a young child and a junior high school boy and four people. The type of room is different due to my own recognition mistake and there are small children, so if you consult the front desk staff, you will be happy to respond quickly and prepare a room that suits your wishes. I changed it only with money. It was a really helpful and enjoyable trip. Dinner was also barbecue, beef, pig, bird, seafood, and drinks were self-drinking and alcohol was all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes, so I couldn't eat it at home! Breakfast is not large and it is a good buffet and I usually don't eat much breakfast, but everyone has eaten too much since the morning. The hotel was very clean and the location was good. Normally, neither myself nor my son gets up early, but I take a walk while looking for shells on the sandy beach opposite early in the morning. The children seemed to be very satisfied! However, since the parking lot is gravel, it was difficult to move by stroller, so if you know, you can drop it in front of the hotel. The children were also good, so it was very good as my home!

It's a very typical Japanese hot spring hotel, old but comfortable. The airport transfer service, hot springs, breakfast and dinner were all perfect. We walked along the mountain road to the seaside. The scenery was so beautiful that it cannot be described in words. What was particularly great was that during dinner, the auntie saw that we liked the paper towels under the plates and very thoughtfully rolled new ones for us. It was so heart-warming despite the language barrier. It was the best experience of this trip. . It's a pity that I don't know her name. I hope I can say thank you to her. I will go again in the summer if I have the chance!

I wasn’t too impressed with the top floor public bath at first but the trick is to use the day use one on the ground floor which is connected. My biggest objection is to breakfast ending at 8:30. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked breakfast in advance.

When I checked in, the whole space echoed the single sound of the tuner tuning the piano. Sure enough, the evening was a concert once a month. We enjoyed the night with other guests. The Japanese drama is not deceiving me, this is what happens in life. Breakfast is a Japanese set meal, self-grown, pickled, pickled side dishes with rice balls (Akita rice is really delicious) Dinner is different every night. Surprise from the previous dish. Together, together, together, together, even dessert ice cream is homemade (Akita people are really capable of hands-on) cost-effective to be touching Last night, I opened the door and played the movie. The familiar sound of the film was the king of the circus! It was snowing so heavily that it was a life moment. I have always said that I am going back to Akita's hometown for the past year. It was just a joke because living here has become so figurative.
