Hotels With bar in Sardinia, Italy

A short walk from the Santa Gallura ARST drop off in the centre of Olbia to the Hotel. It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely pool area and a spa. It was close to the rail station to catch the train to Cagliari. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and one excellent English especially a young lady named Sofia. We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in a vast unusual dining room auditorium. Tea/coffee making facilities would have made our stay perfect. We stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory. However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience. The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, well thought breakfast...whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon. But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

We vonden de locatie leuk met uitzicht op zee , maar omdat de hotel langs een weg was ,was onwijs veel lawaai s’ochtends.Je kon s’ochtends niet uitslapen We vonden onze kamer  ook niet zo schoon.

Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at Palazzo Doglio. The location is fantastic – just a short stroll from the old town, with charming cafés, restaurants, and the waterfront all within easy reach. The hotel itself is elegant and stylish, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. If we had to wish for one thing, it would be a rooftop terrace or a pool to enjoy the Sardinian sun after a day of exploring – that would’ve made it perfect. Overall, a great base for discovering Cagliari in style and comfort.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean, modern and a very pleasant place to stay in Cagliari. The staff are are wonderful at their jobs and are very warming to their guests. Luca checked us in and helped us with local restaurants and evening dining experiences, and I can’t appreciate the 5 star service. Grazie
