They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :)
The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The service was attentive, the room was spotless, and they even welcomed us! It had a swimming pool and the scenery was beautiful. The only downside was that it was quite far from Oia; a taxi would cost 40 euros. It also took about 50 minutes to walk to Fira.

The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia
Luggage needs to be moved up and down.

I took the public bus to the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, but since it's flat, it was manageable even with a rolling suitcase.
It's within walking distance to the Blue Dome and Oia Castle.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable.
Even though my English isn't great, the front desk staff explained things slowly and helped me arrange a taxi using a translation app on my phone.

Great location, Imerovigli is the best area to stay in in Santorini - has the best food REALLY. Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast was good and service is great! We got the one with jacuzzi just wish the water was warm because it can be super cold when it’s windy/ at night time. Overall highly recommend!

Hotel more than affordable compared to the price of other hotels
The hotel is super well located there are restaurants next door and Pyrgos if you want to move around right next door and not necessarily go to Fira or Oia.
You can relax in peace and recharge your batteries so as not to be constantly in town where there are a lot of people.
The staff is super nice, a little comment also for Anastasia who has always been attentive and available at any time as well as all the staff present.
In terms of cleanliness everything was cleaned and clean plus cleaning every day.
And the view is incredible
You can also book quad, car or excursion via the hotel and they can advise you on your trip and the organization and advice for it
This is now the best hotel I have done. I recommend this establishment 100%.
If I return to Santorini I would book again in this establishment without a doubt.

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

We have just had our wedding at Casa Paradiso and cannot thank the team enough for making it such a special and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care, professionalism and genuine hospitality. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes Casa Paradiso exceptional is the people. A very special thank you to Despoina, who was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive, organised, reassuring and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Planning a wedding from abroad can be stressful, but Despoina made everything feel effortless. Thank you also to Maria, George and Vasilis for their kindness, hard work and attention to detail. Every member of the team made us and our guests feel so welcome, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about making our day memorable. The food, service, accommodation and overall organisation exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful everything was. Thank you all for helping create memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning hotel! It felt like the most beautiful area in Santorini. 🏘️ While waiting to check in, they even offered a glass of sparkling wine, which was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast was also incredibly filling. This hotel truly maximized the experience of traveling in Santorini!

FFranciscoThe location is amazing, in a quiet corner of Vlycha beach, where it feels calmer and relaxing. It's also conveniently located at 10-min drive to Lindos town. The beach is just 3 mins away on foot. The hotel is very modern, has a new feel, very minimalistic which we like very much. This is an adult-only hotel which we prefer, so we really had more serene mood. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety so we didn't get bored within the 5 days we were there. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Agistri) was great, the service was nice. The hotel also allowed us to check out late at 1pm (standard is 11am), which was nice because we booked a facial treatment at the spa at 1030am on day of check out because it was the only available one that morning. The shower was working perfectly, with a view of the pool and the sea. Our private pool was always clean and looks new. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did proper clean up.
Opportunities to improve on:
1. The butler was not friendly at all, which is disappointing as he was the first person to greet guests at the lobby. We arrived at the front with our rental car, and he didn't even greet. He was quite aggressive when we asked where to park the car, and he simply pointed wherever vacant spot on the street we see. He was also responsible to walking us to our room with the luggage upon check in, and that was a few minutes of awkwardness too.
2. The check-in was a bit clumsy. Although the reception lady was really nice, he assisted us to check in via the hotel app (which we first had to download). That took some time when it was possible to simply check us in the normal way. I understand that the hotel wants to push the app to guests, but perhaps best to check in the normal way first THEN ask us to download the app afterwards. This way, it doesn't feel like: if we don't download the app, we cannot check in. Because in the end, we find the app helpful. We were in Lindos town one afternoon, and reserved our massage and dinner at the hotel via the app while there.
3. The room phone line did not function the whole time we were there. We reported it on day one, nothing happened. We had some questions that the app couldn't answer, and we always have to go to the reception to ask little questions, like how much the bottle of wine in the room costs, or if it's possible to do late check out.
4. One one night, we hang out at the pool bar and there was only one service staff. We had to wait for about half an hour to get our drinks, and he only passed by once to say it's coming though we can see the bar and no one is preparing anything.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the value for money is worth it. We will come back again and recommend.

The hotel owner is very welcoming. We stayed for two nights, and the waiter brought breakfast to the table at the door every morning. It was a very rich breakfast. There was an infinity pool outside the room. We swam in the pool and looked at the sea. Cruise ships passed by from time to time. The hotel was very clean and cleaned every day.
