RRodrigoA very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaMy stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient little hotel, the restaurant is rather small and can become overcrowded at breakfast. This is more like a Travelodge/Holiday Inn rather than one might expect of a Hilton. Nonetheless, this is a reasonable place.

GGuest UserCheck in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

UUlysses JourneymannI recently stayed here and had a mixed but overall positive experience. My room had been renovated and was absolutely beautiful! It really is a gorgeous building. The staff were amazing—so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also quite good.
The location is fantastic, with a lot of great restaurants right in the neighborhood. It was wonderful being able to walk to nearby cafes and shopping centers.

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

BBienvenido Ávila GonzálezIt is not my first time in the hotel. The staff incredibly attentive and pleasant. The boys of restaurant always with a smile make you feel confident. I give them a 10
Special mention of the reception boys!
ALAN AND MELANIE. Very. Professional, and they helped me very much! I hope to see them there always!
I had a horrible experience with the washing service which was amazingly expensive, and for the first time they broke my clothes because they shouldn't put it in a dryer or wash it in hot water.
The manager, Mr. Félix Marrugo, was very pleasant to offer a solution.
In summary, the hotel is generally excellent !
