The bed was super comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent. Waking up to the sun in the morning really put me in a great mood! A quality stay usually includes a clean and tidy environment, comfortable bedding, a convenient location, attentive service, good soundproofing, and high-speed internet. Details like the quality of toiletries, breakfast options, and personalized room service can also significantly enhance the overall experience.

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

Facilities: Brand new, especially suitable for business trips, tourism, or honeymoons! 👍👍 Cleanliness: Very clean, a top choice for those with high hygiene standards. Environment: Excellent. Surrounded by local Xinjiang specialty restaurants. Service: The front desk service was exceptional! There were handsome men and beautiful women from Xinjiang providing very professional and attentive service. They even helped deliver our luggage to the room. Guaranteed late check-out until 16:00: Free room upgrade and late check-out during the off-peak season. Exclusive executive lounge happy hour: Peet's coffee was also delicious. My second stay was even better than the last, truly fantastic, hahahaha!

The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive. The lobby breaks away from the conventional, rigid hotel feel, using a sophisticated color palette, fluid lines, and perfectly balanced lighting to create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. The subtle, pleasant scent in the air immediately helped to soothe away my travel fatigue. The guest room was an absolute highlight – the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.

I booked the Hampton by Hilton for my business trip, and the front desk agent even upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was embraced by the warm atmosphere and the friendly smiles of the staff. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the dry/wet separation design in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The front desk service deserves special mention; they not only handled check-in efficiently but also enthusiastically recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes, making the entire trip easy and enjoyable. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with malls and restaurants all around. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; even facing the street, I wasn't disturbed by any noise, allowing me to enjoy a deep sleep every night. The breakfast selection was rich, and the freshly made local specialty snacks were especially delicious, starting each day of my wonderful trip off right.

My stay at the Urumqi Baili Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The elegant British-inspired design made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The room was clean and tidy, and the cinema-style book bar added a lot of fun to my trip. The breakfast was the absolute highlight. The variety was so extensive that I could have something different every day, ranging from authentic Xinjiang specialties to exquisite Chinese and Western pastries. All the hot dishes were of high quality, which I really appreciated. From the patient guidance at check-in by the front desk staff, to the thoughtful protection from the security personnel, and the meticulous service from the logistics team, every single staff member impressed me with their professional and warm demeanor. Their attitude made my whole family feel truly at home.

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.

This is my first time writing such a detailed review, and I just have to give this place a shout-out, even though my photos are pretty mediocre. I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice. I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking. The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!

AAnonymous UserI initially booked another hotel, but when I arrived, it was far from what I expected, and there was nowhere to park. Luckily, I passed by this resplendent hotel, glittering with lights, so I canceled the other booking and switched to this one. The price was the same, which surprised me as I thought it would be expensive, but it was actually quite good. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The hotel was warm, and while the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it was still decent.

GGuest UserStay here for 5 nights, got the 7th floor, 6 bed female dorm. They provided one time use bath towel & tooth brush everyday. Location was superb, just 10 min walk to Grand Bazaar, bus stop just across the street pay 1 RMB and you can go everywhere in Urumqi. They also provided self laundry for free, hot water for drinking also available. But you have to re-swipe your room card at receptionist everyday, otherwise the card cannot be use to enter the room. It's good to stay here.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money near the ski resort. They provide shuttle service for skiing (drop-off needs to be booked a day in advance, pick-up is available by calling between 5 PM and 7 PM). While it's not ski-in/ski-out, it's very convenient to stay here. The room temperature is high, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast offers different hot Chinese dishes every day. The main course and Western options are a bit limited, but sufficient, especially since there aren't many guests, so making too much would be wasteful. Areas for improvement: 1. The coffee machine didn't have cocoa powder, so not all menu options on the screen could be made. My child was disappointed when he couldn't get hot chocolate milk. 2. Upon check-in, room 222 had some stains on the floor and toilet seat. Also, in another room (212), there was a minor issue with the light switch wiring – the curtains would always open when the light was turned on. 3. There was no restaurant menu or contact information in the room, making it inconvenient to order room service.

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor. Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us. Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time. In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back. Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

LLilyDThis place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

LLestertutuPros: The breakfast was very generous. Cons: 1. I'm baffled as to why the recurring issue of 'difficult parking and rude staff' in the parking lot, mentioned by so many guests, still hasn't been resolved. The parking attendants treat guests like animals, shooing them away. Even a budget hotel wouldn't have staff like this, let alone a Conrad! I paid 2000 for a night, wasn't I paying for service and comfort? 2. My parents were staying, and as they're older, I hoped the butler would be more proactive and helpful, but it still fell short of expectations. On our trips, whether in Beijing, Guizhou, Guangxi, or Sichuan, the butlers always actively offered experience options and reminded us of things to do and learn about. Only the Conrad butler was incredibly un-proactive; it was hard to tell who was the guest and who was the butler. Even worse, when the car's license plate wasn't registered for some unknown reason, we waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before the butler finally helped register it. 3. There's no one to guide you to the sky lobby elevator or the check-in elevator. Today, my parents were checking in, and I had to video call them and guide them step-by-step. What about elderly guests without children? Are they supposed to wander around confused downstairs? If you don't have a concierge to direct guests, at least put up a clear sign! Where are your customer relations and concierge departments? 4. I've noticed that your responses to negative service reviews on Ctrip are uniformly perfunctory. I've also seen that you basically don't resolve the issues mentioned in the comments. I will be writing a letter of complaint to your headquarters. That's all.

GGuest UserVery good experience, it is rare to live in such a hotel in Xinjiang, and we picked up a cheap, more than 600 yuan, booked a good room in this hotel. Some facilities in the hotel have not been built yet, and there is also a basketball court and badminton court gym in the hotel. The waiter's service attitude is very good. The room was also very comfortable, they had floor heating and could see the sunset in the hotel. The hotel is right next to the Sea Devil City, and you can use the hotel's room card to limit access to the Sea Devil.
