The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

The guest room was an absolute highlight – the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations – from location and cleanliness to service, there were absolutely no shortcomings. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth coming back to again and again. The service was truly exceptional. They even shared recommendations for delicious local restaurants, and none of them disappointed. I regret not discovering this place sooner. Plus, there was a projector to watch new movies on, and the picture quality was excellent. The hotel was really comfortable, but I forgot to take photos. It's also very close to many dining options.

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

As dusk fell, the lights of the ancient city gradually flickered on, their soft, warm glow outlining the contours of thousand-year-old streets. The interplay of light and shadow created an atmosphere rich with everyday life and exotic charm. Standing by the window, every snapshot was beautiful, easily capturing the unique romance of Kashgar. The hotel's attention to detail was also incredibly thoughtful. They even offer comforting congee, which was perfect for a warm and soothing late-night snack after exploring the old city. The smart room controls allow you to directly call the front desk by saying ”Yi Fei, Yi Fei,” and the laundry room and gym are also fully equipped. Staying here for travel is simply too convenient!

Wow, I've been staying in Kashgar for the past few days, and even more expensive hotels don't compare to Baili. I wouldn't have known the difference without experiencing it! The washer and dryer work perfectly and are very clean. The slippers are thicker than at other places, and they even provide kids' slippers and toothbrushes. They proactively offered a foot soaking tub, and the staff even helped fold our clothes. Every single staff member provides heartfelt service. The ginger tea in the lobby and the coffee vouchers are all such thoughtful touches. I'll definitely recommend your hotel to friends who visit in the future.
