The hotel has a unique style and is a popular spot for many. The pool was empty during the off-season. The room's cleanliness wasn't great; the sink area was dusty, and the chairs and tables in the courtyard were covered in dust. I can understand all of that. What was truly despairing were the bugs. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach by the bed, which I dealt with and threw outside the door. In the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was another one by the commode. I truly had a headache dealing with it. On top of that, small black flying insects flew into my nose while I was sleeping at night. For this price, even in the off-season, it's not cheap, so why can't they even handle the bugs? Regarding pets, there's the cleaning fee. When I called in early April, they quoted one price, which was even lower than what was listed online. But when I arrived, the price they wanted was almost as much as the room rate. The young lady at the front desk was quite nice, and in the end, they charged me the online price. I hope you clarify your cleaning fee policy and ensure proper cleaning. When checking out, regular guests could just leave, but I had to wait for them to inspect the room before I could go. I paid more, was treated as inferior, and it delayed my departure time, almost causing me to miss my highway exit due to road closures. If you're worried, you could charge a deposit. It's really inconvenient for tourists who are in a hurry to travel.

I usually expect a certain standard from Hyatt hotels, but this one was quite a letdown. Let's start with the positives: the design is great, and the staff were genuinely nice. They even gave me several drink vouchers due to an issue with my room. The coffee was decent, and impressively, they still honored my unused coffee vouchers two days later – that's a nice touch. However, good service isn't just about good attitudes, as I experienced firsthand. Here are a few examples: 1) My reserved room wasn't available. They claimed to upgrade me to a suite (room 306?), but after waiting nearly an hour and a half, the 'suite' turned out to have only a narrow window squeezed between two buildings. Whether or not it was a genuine upgrade, they should have at least informed me about the room's specifics upfront. 2) I then moved to a room in building 6. It seemed freshly renovated. The small, broken window was one thing, but the smell was incredibly strong, and the bathroom had a terrible sewer odor. The combination of these smells was truly awful. I was in a hurry to get out, so I just put up with it, not wanting more hassle. 3) I turned on the humidifier, and when I returned, the room was enveloped in a dense mist. I actually thought something was burning... I have no idea why this happened; I've never encountered anything like it with humidifiers at home or in other hotels. 4) The electrical outlet on the right-hand bedside table was completely broken. Neither plugs nor charging cables would go in! This was ridiculous. I'm usually quite lazy and rarely write such detailed reviews. I typically give five stars if a place is even remotely acceptable, but this experience was truly intolerable. I hope the hotel makes significant improvements. P.S. Kashgar itself is a lot of fun!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely be booking again. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. My room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. I also really enjoyed the breakfast spread, and the view from the room was a nice bonus. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality stay.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good Excellent! I chose the right hotel for this trip! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The lobby was clean and bright, without any oppressive feeling. The front desk lady was exceptionally gentle and proactively helped with my luggage, even thoughtfully reminding me about the hot water supply schedule for the room. The room itself was spacious enough and well-lit. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me feel very relaxed. The balcony offered a view of the street, and it was quiet at night, not noisy at all. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local specialties, and the taste was great. Even the tableware was clean. My entire stay was very comfortable, just like a 'home away from home.' I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely come back to stay again!

This is the hotel to stay at when you come to Kashgar! The location is super convenient, right outside the Old City, and close to Kunlun Tower and the Ferris Wheel. The decor blends Uyghur characteristics with modern simplicity, with intricate carvings and carpets that show great attention to detail. The room has full smart home amenities and excellent soundproofing, so after a day of exploring the plateau, you can get a really good rest. Breakfast offers everything from 'gangzi rou' (pork in a pot) and milk tea to Cantonese dim sum, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting southern Xinjiang.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to L and N for their incredibly thoughtful service! They prepared free tremella soup and hot mulled wine for the skiers to warm up, and even helped us with our luggage when we checked out. The hotel's cleanliness was also superb; the sheets and bedding were spotless, and the bathroom was pristine. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The rooms are comfortable and upscale, and it's a 5-minute drive from the self-driving entrance to the Qiaokajun scenic area. I'd never ridden a horse before, but I learned at the hotel's equestrian center – it was fantastic! Horse riding and archery were quite challenging for someone from the south like me, but the coach was very patient. It's rare to see stars in Shanghai... this place with a sky full of stars and no light pollution at night was absolutely beautiful. Moving the in-room telescope to the patio for stargazing was amazing!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It's right in front of the snowy mountains and grasslands, an absolutely fantastic location super close to the scenic area. The room was clean, the details were thoughtfully taken care of, and the service was attentive and thorough. A perfect experience, highly recommend!

We brought our child to Turpan this time and chose the Superior Twin Room at Huozhou Mercure Hotel. The experience far exceeded our expectations, so I must write a thorough review! 1. **Comfortable and Spacious Room, Kid-Friendly** The Superior Twin Room was a good size. The bedding was clean and soft, and the air conditioning was powerful, which was a lifesaver in hot Turpan! 2. **Thoughtful Details, Kids Had a Blast** The hotel knew we were traveling with a child and proactively prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes. The windows had safety locks, and the power outlets were placed with child safety in mind, which gave us parents great peace of mind. 3. **Excellent Location** It's not far from Grape Valley and Flaming Mountain scenic areas, just about a ten-minute drive. Downstairs, there are local restaurants and a supermarket, making it super convenient to buy water and fruits. In the evening, we could even walk to nearby squares and restaurants. 4. **Cleanliness and Service, Both Excellent** The entire hotel was very clean, with no strange odors in the hallways or rooms.
