Staying at Huangshan Xihai Hotel was a fantastic experience, completely exceeding my expectations. The hotel thoughtfully provided us with windbreaker jackets, which were perfect for the fluctuating mountain temperatures, making our trip incredibly hassle-free. In the evening, there was also a unique live performance, adding a wonderful ambiance to our mountain stay. The biggest surprise was the hotel's exclusive sunrise viewing service. We didn't have to blindly rush around looking for spots; a dedicated guide led us straight to the best viewpoint. It was an immersive experience, allowing us to witness the stunning sunrise and mountain scenery of Huangshan. The entire process was comfortable and pleasant. Both the facilities and services were top-notch. For anyone visiting Huangshan, staying here is definitely a great choice!

This hotel is right next to the South Gate transfer station, practically the closest you can get. The service is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. The toilet is electric with a heated seat, and the soundproofing is incredible; even though the transfer entrance is right outside, you can't hear any noise. The Huangshan shortbread the hotel gave us was the best I've ever tasted, and I even bought three more packs from them before leaving. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan!

I'm giving this five stars. First, let me address the downsides: 1. Hotels in Huangshan are incredibly expensive during holidays. It was 2000 RMB a night during the Qingming Festival. The buffet is 180 RMB, and kids under 140cm are half price. So, check your wallet first. 2. This hotel is great for kids, but there's no elevator, so seniors will have to walk up several flights of stairs. Now for the advantages: 1. It's expensive for a reason. Firstly, the hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. You have to remember that Bright Summit is at an altitude of 1860 meters, and all along the way, I saw porters carrying supplies. It's incredibly difficult to transport so many goods to the mountaintop. During holidays, when it's crowded, finding a comfortable hotel and spending two days hiking Huangshan is truly rejuvenating. 2. The kids loved it! The hotel has a great design. Right outside our room on the fourth floor, there was a Mario character sitting there, which my son adored. The arcade machines in the lobby are free, and kids were constantly gathered around them. Even adults from the '80s generation would spend ages playing. 3. I thought the 180 RMB buffet was pretty good; all the dishes tasted great. The cured meats like bacon and sausage were very authentic, and there was fermented tofu (Mao Doufu) and many other local specialties. The food was genuinely delicious. After a day of hiking, you're ravenous, and I ate a lot of short ribs, prawns, and warm kudzu powder (with a bit of fried rice, honey, and raisins – a real comfort for my stomach). I especially loved their pie-like pastry; it was so good, with preserved vegetables inside and what seemed like highland barley flour for the crust. My son is 140cm, so he got half price, making it 270 RMB for both of us, which is actually cheaper than ordering à la carte outside. 4. Originally, I wanted to stay at Bright Summit and Baiyun Pavilion to catch the sunrise. However, Danxia Peak near Paiyunlou offers excellent sunrise and sunset views, and crucially, it's less crowded and very close by. The hotel's 'little butler' (concierge) told me the sunrise and sunset times, with a 55% chance of seeing them. We were incredibly lucky during our stay and witnessed both morning and evening, leaving very satisfied. 5. From here, the next day, you can go to the West Sea Grand Canyon, take the small train, and then head down the mountain. Taste: Good Ambiance: Beautiful Service: Attentive

Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. Definitely five stars! This is my top choice! The room decor is so cute, I was jumping with joy the moment I walked in. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic! Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!

It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

The hotels near Xiaoyaojin are really beautiful, especially this one with such a great design. It has such a lovely atmosphere, and you get a good feeling as soon as you walk in. The lobby downstairs is also very well-designed; it feels like stepping into an art exhibition, which is really cool. I also love the room's design; it's very comfortable to stay in. Plus, you can have breakfast in the morning, and it's quite a rich spread. Eating it sets you up for an energetic day!

I arrived too late in the evening, and it seemed the concierge had already finished their shift, so there was no one to help with my luggage. However, the service was excellent starting from the next morning. I forgot my ID when checking in at night, and the front desk clerk on duty even ran to bring it over – really impressive service! The bathroom area in the room is quite large, which makes the room itself feel a bit small. The bathroom heater wasn't very effective, and it had a noticeable displacement issue. The hot water tap was also inconveniently located. The overall style of the room is simple yet comfortable, elegant in its simplicity, and the location is superb. It's a slight shame there's no double vanity, but the generously sized miniature toiletries are a nice touch. The marble and carpet分区 design at the entrance is fantastic; it effectively blocks sound and enhances the overall texture. The overall design is truly outstanding.

The room was great, with a loft design. The sofa downstairs could be converted into a bed, easily accommodating four adults plus a child. To my surprise, there were two bathrooms, one on each level, which made showering incredibly convenient. It was such a comfort to be able to shower up in the mountains! The hotel environment was excellent, and its location was close to all the attractions, basically on the main routes for all tours, making it very convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning. In the evenings, the hotel had folk performances, and in the mornings, there were organized groups for sunrise viewing. The room even came with down jackets, and the butler was very attentive and enthusiastic!

Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Dajie) cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, even asking about preferences and providing two extra bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Environment: There's road construction nearby, but the underpass is open, so driving is still quite convenient. Service: I especially want to commend Miss Lyra! She recommended so many great restaurants and photo spots – super thoughtful!

The room is fully equipped, even with a mini-fridge, and it's very clean. The in-room facilities are all smart, with plenty of lighting, and the shower is a big plus with multiple nozzles – it's so convenient, just like being at home! Disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers are also provided, which is great. But the most important thing is the hotel's service, which is truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangshan. They offer pick-up and drop-off to the transfer center, which is a huge convenience. Plus, the hotel provides hiking poles, and on the day we went hiking, there was a light rain, so they even gave us raincoats and a map – so thoughtful! It's also very close to dining options, making everything super convenient and quiet. Highly recommended. If you're heading out early for a hike, you can even store your luggage here.
