Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. On the first day, we ascended from the front mountain, explored Bright Summit, and then checked into the hotel to rest, allowing us to easily catch the sunset nearby. On the second day, after visiting Monkey Watching the Sea and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, we descended from the back mountain. This not only aligned with our scientific plan of a strenuous first day and a more relaxed second but also allowed us to completely avoid large crowds, with no queues for the cable car, shuttle bus, or hiking routes. Secondly, the hotel experience was excellent. From the delicious and varied dishes at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff we encountered, everything was incredibly satisfying. Considering the immense effort of the porters we saw along the way, who make such an experience possible through manual labor, it felt particularly valuable. Definitely worth revisiting.

This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. I've stayed at this guesthouse twice now. The first time was with friends, and I liked it so much I brought my family back for a second stay. Compared to a standard hotel, the ambiance here is really unique, with a 'step-by-step, scene-by-scene' feel. I'd highly recommend bringing Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for photos; they'll turn out beautifully. The hotel service is excellent. Any requests communicated via WeChat were responded to very quickly. I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Huangshan or Huizhou.

Pros: 1. Upon check-in, I added the butler on WeChat. They promptly informed me about sunrise/sunset times and evening performances, which was very convenient. Questions were also answered quickly. 2. The bathroom's shower cap even came with a hair tie, a thoughtful touch for women. 3. The evening buffet was quite varied, and there were many diners. The service staff were gentle and polite. 4. The room had some small tea snacks. The black sesame crisps were delicious, I wished I could have had more! The packaging didn't have manufacturer info; the hotel said they were custom-made for them. 5. The multi-media hall had some books and picture books that my child loved. There were also game facilities, the environment was great, and items were new and well-maintained. 6. The towels in the room were soft and clean. 7. The peonies were beautiful and real flowers! Areas for improvement: 1. When checking in, the front desk attendant, after assisting a family with three rooms, didn't offer me any additional information. After completing my check-in, she turned around and said she was too busy and had to change shifts. I mentioned I hadn't received the WeChat for the butler service, and only then did she remember to give me the QR code to scan. 2. The hotel offers experience activities. I suggest the butler introduce them during check-in. Some guests aren't as meticulous, and might forget otherwise. 3. There was slightly limited space in the room to put things, making it hard to store my backpack. The lack of a main light source made the room too dim, straining my eyes when reading.

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

We booked a hotel for a family trip on short notice. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we had to wait for 40 minutes. However, it was already 14:00 and the child needed a nap. The hotel staff upgraded me to an executive suite. The stay experience was great! I will definitely choose Sheraton again when I come to Chuzhou!

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

Seven years since my last visit to Huangshan, and I have to admit, I'm getting older, haha! This time, based on online reviews, I chose this hotel, and I must say, it's really good! Especially the water pressure in the room – it's incredibly strong and powerful! Upon check-in, they provide complimentary fruit and have a dedicated butler service offering thoughtful guidance. The sunrise and sunset spots are also not far from the hotel, and no matter how you plan your route, you can pretty much see everything in a two-day, one-night stay. The dinner buffet was also excellent; given the limited resources on the mountain, they really did an amazing job. Thumbs up! I hope we all do our part to protect the environment!

The Luyinli hotel is incredibly close to the transportation hub, right next to the exit. After a long day on Huangshan, I practically collapsed onto the bed – pure bliss! It's also super friendly for self-drivers, with its own parking lot downstairs, and you can even charge your car there. The service was thoughtful and warm; they gave us raincoats when we checked in, and we could borrow hiking poles for free, along with getting tips on travel routes. The room facilities were complete, and I was very satisfied. The LOFT Starry Sky Family Room is perfect for a family of four, with two sufficiently large beds. It started snowing the night we checked in, so we brought our crampons up the mountain the next day. Visibility was a bit low, but the close-up snow scenery was still breathtaking. A big shoutout to the restaurant downstairs! After trying it myself, it's way better than some of the so-called 'must-eat' places recommended by certain apps nearby. The 'Daobanxiang' (cured ham) steamed downstairs had a beautiful layer of fat – in a word, fragrant! Whereas at another place, the 'Daobanxiang' on the plate was thin, and the skin was cold and hard; it felt like it had been re-steamed with only water and no oil. The difference was huge!

A responsible and considerate butler meticulously asked if we needed more drinking water in the room, arranged our check-out time, and introduced us to all the services available at the hotel. An older gentleman, impeccably dressed in a trench coat, courteously opened the car door for us right at the hotel entrance. An unexpected room upgrade led to a delightful encounter with the ever-changing Swan Lake. During breakfast, there was no chaotic crowd; just a wide array of cuisines from around the world, enjoyed by a pleasant window, providing a long-lost sense of relaxation. The perfect room was the biggest surprise this hotel offered. Its thoughtful setup and meticulous maintenance made me feel cared for and at ease, allowing me to enjoy two comfortable bath times and two nights of peaceful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional; I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.
