Shu Lin was very helpful with planning our route around Huangshan. She let us know the best places to visit. Our accommodation was roomy and clean. Lovely view. The welcome package of fruits and herbal tea foot bath was a nice touch.

This was the most expensive hotel in my whole China trip by far but it was also the best restaurant with amazing breakfast options. The room was just okay, not bad but not worth the price and it had no view from the room even though it is marked as Mountain View. It is also far (about 1 hour hike) away from the closest popular points to watch sunrise and sunset. I would consider a different hotel next time that is closer to the hiking route because it took us almost 8 hours to hike here after taking the Yuping cable way up. It was almost dark when we arrived at the hotel and we headed up the mountain at 9 am.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

We were please to stay in your Hotel and can recommend this Hotel.  A very friendly check in! The receptionist was very kind and courteous. There was also directly the Agent who get in touch with us. Via WeChat he gave us a lot of information about the current weather in Huangshan Mountain, the times of the sunset, sunrise and was any time available via WeChat for other questions or support. Then he brought us the our room. Our room was very nice decorated and equipped with everything you need. It was also very clean. The most noticeable were the modern shower and toilet! We had a breakfast and dinner in the Hotel. Both of them was a Buffet with a large selection of different dishes with high quality. At this point a great thanks to the kitchen staff. Very conveniently located right opposite the huangshan scenic area bus station/entry point. Hotel upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Lots of eating places around. Modern and clean. Would recommend and stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This five-star hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation, and beautiful surrounding environment. The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and bright rooms, comfortable beds, professional and enthusiastic service team, meticulous service, and the front desk lady 6396 is very good! The restaurant offers a wide variety of food with excellent taste. In short, this stay exceeded expectations and is highly recommended!

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

They noticed me standing outside in the cold for quite a bit after I checked out and assumed I needed assistance so one of them went outside to ask where I needed to go next. I was actually just waiting for my Didi but I appreciated the gesture. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

Best hotel to stay at in Huangshan. Directly outside the bus pick-up, is extremely convenient and lots of stores and restaurants outside. The hotel is also brand new and very nice.

Best location if you are bringing elderly families there. Near Yuping cable car. Old building so has the old smell but clean otherwise. Has extra jacket if needed, tea,coffee,water,heater You get a “ butler” on arrival who will message you about weather, sunrise sunset time or answer any questions

Location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the South Gate bus terminal to take the bus Huangshan cable ways (Yuping & Yungu). You can buy the bus ticket and park ticket at this terminal. Plenty of food outlets and supermarkets surrounding the hotel. Hotel helped me arranged for transport from Huangshan North railway station to the hotel and from hotel to same railway station on the day we left, at 35 Yuan per pax, on 8 seater sharing MPV. Booked 2 rooms and was given a free upgrade. Check in was fast & efficient as there were many check in staff on duty. Hotel also provides free wooden hiking sticks for guests, just return them at the reception counter after hiking. After checking out, I was going to the mountain again and to stay overnight in the mountain top in another hotel. Deposited our luggages at the hotel and collected then next day before going to the train station. Breakfast was good, free porridge at 9.30pm nightly too. Reception also helped to arrange for transport to a nearby scenic spot, Emerald Valley, with reasonable transport of 80 Yuan for both ways. If you want other Huangshan day trips, there is a tour desk operating at the hotel lobby which you can book trips further out of the town. We saw quite a number of guests booking trips at the tour desk. Many guests left their rooms early in the morning to start their hike, hence we could hear sound of frequent doors shutting from as early as 6am. Overall, had a very good stay and enjoyed the service and convenience provided.

This hotel has a nice environment and is very decorated. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. In particular, the two front desk staff Liu Ling and Song Hongrui are very good and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! It is a well-established five-star hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the subway ring road and the highway intersection, which makes travel very convenient. Unexpected breakfast, a lot of special food, much richer than other hotels, and the hotel's heated swimming pool and gym. At present, no other hotel gym can compare. The environment, scale and equipment are very rich. This hotel is really great. I strongly recommend it. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also ideal—close to popular attractions but tucked away enough for a quiet night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. There are shopping malls and aquariums nearby. It is very convenient for shopping and taking the kids out. It is very cost-effective. The front desk service is great. I will stay there again next time!

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

Gym was under renovation and we didn't know that beforehand :/ If we did, we would have booked a different hotel. Nonetheless, the room is SPACIOUS and the view of the Swan Lake is beautiful. The interior design is quite old but classic, I particularly like that the furniture is wood so it lessens static shock (just a personal preference). Try going to breakfast EARLY like around 7 or 8AM because when you visit right before it closes, there's nothing much left in the buffet. 

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is as good as always. The hotel is in a good location, the environment is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, there is no odor, and the non-smoking room is thoughtfully arranged. The room butler service is very timely and any problems are solved immediately. The welcome fruit is thoughtfully presented. The main thing is that this time, the dining coupon for the executive lounge is also presented, which is particularly thoughtful for me who does not want to go out for dinner at night. The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it is clean and hygienic. Facilities: very new and very clean Hygiene: very clean, no odor Environment: very comfortable and comfortable Service: very thoughtful and timely Check-out is delayed until 14:00 in the afternoon, so you can take a nap, which is very thoughtful. I often stay at Linhaotai, and I will comment immediately after I live. The overall experience is very good. The room is very hygienic. The towels are sheets and very clean. The key is that the corridor carpets are very clean! The sound insulation is good, the sleep is very quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. The curtains are also really shading, and it is very comfortable to sleep during the day. Lying on the bed will not have a sense of stimulation, obviously feel that the sheets are clean, in short, the experience is very good, and breakfast is also given, will come to live next time.

Very good hotel, the environment, service, hygiene and food are all very good. The location is good, hotel is good and breakfast is good also for foreigners. Staff is friendly, short walk to riverside and other shops.

The hotel is located in a bustling area in the city center, with convenient transportation, and everything you need for eating, drinking and entertainment nearby. It has a superior geographical location, convenient travel, comfortable and sanitary rooms, high cost performance, complete facilities, reasonable prices, value for money, affordable prices, free parking, and a comfortable and satisfactory stay. Thanks to the lobby managers Xiao Xiuying and Sun Shizhen, who also asked about the stay experience when checking out. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Near to Wamda and Wuhu Train station. It is accessible to places and very convenient transpo if using Didi. The receptionists are friendly and considerate given that we arrived earlier before our check-in time. The hotel is clean and cozy however the hotel towels are old and torn. In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Nothing to eat better. 😢 Hope you could serve better food next time. To sum it up, we are satisfied on our stay in the hotel. ❤️

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️ The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

Most of the trips choose Hanting, affordable. This time, Anhui Wuhu Tourism, I chose Hanting Hotel Wuhu Yaohan Store. The hotel is located in the downtown area, next to Yaohan and Wuyue Plaza. It is convenient for dinner, the hotel is good, and the breakfast variety is good.

Facilities: The room is equipped with a desk, and there is also a sofa chair for office use. Hygiene: The hygiene is super good, the auntie cleans very attentively, and there are also noise-proof earplugs. Environment: It is right next to Jinghu Park, which is very convenient for travel. It is about a ten-minute walk from Suning Plaza. Service: I called the front desk staff, the front desk service is super good. I didn’t bring any makeup removers, and the front desk provided free makeup remover oil, which is disposable. It’s super good! ! !
