The hotel is very conveniently located, near the supermarket, the hotel downstairs has ** and restaurant, the only drawback is the room card, often does not work, a day to go to the front desk to change the card ten times a day to get back into the room, really good bad!

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

Supermodernes Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig die Bäder modern und sauber. Pflegeprodukte werden bereitgestellt. Der einzige Nachteil ist das manche Zimmer genau zu den Bahnsteigen zeigen, allerdings verkehren nicht pausenlos Züge und ich zumindest habe bei geschlossenen Fenster kein Zug gehört.
Gern komme ich wieder.

The front desk clerk should be the intern's efficiency is super slow and waited for more than an hour to do it. I am embarrassed to give two bottles of water to drink. The hotel is very new and modern. The contemporary facilities will not be like other old five-star hotels. The sense of age is very old! Young people are very adaptable! It is the old residents who are too close to the building must draw the curtains, and there is nothing delicious around, the pizza drinking bar downstairs is enough! It takes more than 40 minutes to take a taxi to have an unauthentic Japanese food to change your appetite!

The location of this hotel is very good, just in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street, the hotel environment is very good, there is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor, many people are swimming in the sun, there is a bar next to it, the service is warm and thoughtful, the fly in the ointment is that the facilities are a bit old

excellent service! The breakfast is first-class, there are a variety of breakfast types to choose from. Hot water is very good, decorated in new style! The color is very bright, it is a very good business hotel, well-equipped, a little far from the city center, there is a bus stop nearby, overall very satisfied ! Honestly, It's my first time to stay at double tree by Hilton and I would say that it was memorable & impeccable experience! The location is superb! Only 5 mins walk to the old town/city centre. The hotel Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was generous , delicious with different variations. The hotel Amenities like the gym, spa & sauna are super relaxing specially coming from a long trip. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff were helpful & courteous specially ”GABRIELLA” shout out to her. If you are Coming from the bus/train station of Plovdiv take the bus no. 26 or 7. The price was ok for the services they've offered. I highly recommend double tree by Hilton and I can't wait to comeback and experience again my Hilton moments. The only things that miss my needs were the amenities in the toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and etc and the rest were fantastic!

The hotel was beautiful with marble throughout and lots of character. I’ve been travelling the world for 6 months and this is the nicest room I have had in any country. It is in the centre of the old town within easy walk of places of interest and yet it is very quiet. The owners were kind and helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

JJonathanRooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so.
