Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

I had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk. The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back. The manager is a liar. And they didn’t give me refund.

This is a hotel worth a long time to write a comment! Location: very close to the white beach, the hotel also has buggy past; go to sunset town, take a taxi for 30 yuan, rent a motorcycle for only 15 minutes; there is a local vegetable market near the hotel, go to a lot of cheap seafood at 5 pm! Room facilities: The pictures and texts are exactly the same! The design is very tasteful, the kitchen utensils are high-end brands, and I have been cooking for three days. It is too friendly for children to eat local dishes! The hotel staff also gave us some rice for the children every day, very friendly! Reasonable price: we set the square of the room + living room only 370 RMB, this price is too favorable during the Spring Festival! Staff friendly: The female staff at the front desk and the male staff who gave us rice and the female proprietress of the hotel are very, very friendly, and it can be seen that they are operating this hotel with care. When we left, we also cleaned and cleaned up the room, because it was very beautiful, I really couldn't bear to mess up :) Bring your family to the Spring Festival next year and will continue to live here! It is very friendly for children who are not used to local food! The hotel staff also gave us some rice for the children to eat every day, which was very friendly! The price is reasonable: We booked a square room + living room for only 370RMB which is a great price during Chinese New year ! Friendly staff: The female staff at the front desk, the male staff who gave us rice, and the boss of the hotel are all very friendly. It can be seen that this hotel is operating with love and care. We also cleaned and tidied the room by ourselves when we left because it was so beautiful that we couldn't bear to mess it up :） I will bring my family here for the next Chinese new year and will continue to stay here!

First time this has happened that I am so badly missing a hotel, I think there can't be no better location than this, this hotel is situated in a dream land , nearby is vinwonder which is an awesome place also, if I had money I had visited there every month , a little girl I think her name is hue takes all care of the hotel, Grand world is better than Venice I personally feel

I booked out a week here for local scuba diving . The location is directly across from the beach, there’s a pool close by, and the suite had everything. Washer, all kitchen amenities, stocked bathroom, etc. It was off season and the Scuba shops were all closed but the front desk girls got me sorted out with EVERYTHING! Scooter rental, places to eat and things to see , they were a HUGE help and totally made my trip memorable. Also, English is not widely spoken and without the staff I would have been lost. A 10 out of 10!!

Amazing place! The bungalow itself is huge. It comes with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Beds are also soft and comfortable. Service was working very well. I got free tea, coffee and water daily. The area is very quiet, there's not even street dogs there. Pool was one of the best I've seen in Asia. It's rare to find a deep pool. On the downside, you must eat at local restaurants here, unless you take moped to the city. So food options are very limited if you are walking. There's a lovely shop across the street that sells fresh coconuts and water, make sure you check them out too.

Hotel is located in Grand World. Small cozy hotel. Until sea 300 meters. Recommended to contact the hotel before booking and clarify the accommodation conditions.

It was comfortable inside Grand World  It was spacious and clean  Warm water comes out well and the refrigerator is cool  It's better because it's close to empty palms
