The breakfast was very rich and the service was very considerate. It helped us to upgrade the room type for free. The room was spacious and bright, the stay was considerate, the receptionist was attentive and thoughtful, and the satisfaction rate was full. I recommend it to everyone. 首次來遼陽開會，首次給一個酒店去差評，第一天訂了這個酒店感覺環境特別好，當時是安排在A座屋裡設施特別新，當天晚上就發到我們培訓羣裏推薦給了其他的朋友，當天晚上有幾個朋友看我發的這個酒店感覺也挺好把他們原定酒店都退了來我推薦的這個酒店，第二天我又定了這個酒店，訂的家庭房，這次給安排的B座房間，進屋之前滿懷期待一進屋傻眼了，屋裡特別的老舊環境特別的差，臟像很久沒人入住，屋裡設施也不全，居然沒有直通前台的電話，屋裡主燈也是壞的，我衹拍了幾張照片，我聯繫前台我説可不可以更換房間，前台説有房，但是更換需要十錢，首先我昨天訂的房間同樣的價格為什麼不可以更換房間，第二早上我問我其他同事，別人花少我80多的價格跟酒店説就給換了其他房間，當天入住大約有7.8間房是我推薦其他同事來的，這酒店真讓人寒心，下次不會再住了，也請大家避雷，前台服務態度極其
差！!!!
馬桶都馬上要掉了，屋裡水盆都用膠粘的，空調吹了一晚上屋裡都不熱乎，這環境都趕不上100了塊錢的酒店！

在他家住過很多次了
但是這次真的是特別不滿意
前台態度真的特別差，房間和樓層問題也沒有提前跟我説明白。（我去的早，碰到之前下夜班的前台聊了幾句，那個女生態度特別好，但是太早了，房間沒收拾出來，我就先去旁邊小旅館開了個鐘點房，等我回來後發現換班了）
我是早上去的，飛機改簽了，沒地方去，合計到這休息一上午，但是早上他家沒有鐘點房，就預訂了一個大床房，是在3樓。我看價格跟之前定的是一個價位的，就沒關注是大床房還是豪華大床房。然後前台登記的時候並沒有説明，這個樓層是沒有電梯直接到達的，需要到4樓或者3樓，然後自己再走一層。衹是問了一句，你知道吧，這是3樓。態度特別差，你説我又沒住過這個房間，我上哪知道這個3樓這麼特別？
當時太累了，沒有計較太多，過後我翻看我的訂單記錄，我才發現，價格還是跟我以前住的是一樣的。
本來還一直在猶豫，要不要寫評價，今天準備出門定酒店，挑選的時候發現評論上面提的意見都很中肯，所以還是決定把這個事説出來，提醒一下大家，他家的3樓是什麼情況。

設施：居然還沒有到三樓的電梯 那電梯裏面明明就有到三樓的結果還不到客房
還有那個客服我也是真的不想説什麼了 你已讀不回幾個意思😅😅你就是這麼做客服的是吧 問你為什麼不能到客房你回答的牛頭不對馬嘴 你小學語文沒過關啊？還是文憑就衹是小學啊
