Homestays in Kelantan, Malaysia

My only complain is that there is no extra mattress. Maybe there were a miscommunication but thankfully, we manage to sleep with what available. Maybe I didn't notice during booking before, there is only one bathroom.

Its good to have 2 bedroom for my family here. A good location with convenient store, hipster cafe and fast food store around the corner. Easy to get local food too at nearby hawkers. But then, inside the homestay dont have water filter, its a bonus if they have one. Dealing with the a bit frustrating because she/he didnt reply my message. as an example, i send message 12.00noon on Sunday, give a call but she replied at 12.00noon on monday after i contacted the director.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

I had a wonderful stay at Suite Us Guest House during my recent trip to Kelantan for a meeting at USM Kelantan. The location was incredibly convenient, walking distance to the university, which made my commute stress-free and easy. The guest house itself was clean and quiet, perfect for getting some rest. Highly recommended for anyone visiting USM Kelantan or the surrounding area!

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Alhamdulillah, even though it was a last minute booking, it wasn't the wrong apartment. It is complete, neat, clean and beautiful. Getting room no. 47 is really worth it. Amenities - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Equipment - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cleanliness - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you to Ain Apartment because it is very easy to deal with and the service is good.

Indeed, it is a convenient place to stay and explore Kora Bharu. Designated parking space available makingbit easier for us to drive around town. Excellent place to stay for couples, friends and even families. Will stay again in the future.
