"The location is perfect, right near the river.
There are convenience store nearby, even some restaurants still open till midnight.

The only bad thing was Trip.com services, I had trouble finding the check in information because Trip.com did not send my personal info to the hotel, so they were not able to send me my room number and password to the main door.
Luckily i have overseas phone service so I called the hotline and they sent me all the information via SMS eventually."

"The hotel left a pleasant impression. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were polite and friendly. I especially appreciated the fan in the room — it was a lifesaver in the hot weather, even without air conditioning.
On the downside, there's a railway line nearby, so even with the windows closed, you could sometimes hear train noises and rail sounds, especially at night. This might be noticeable for guests who are sensitive to noise.
Overall, we were happy with our stay; everything we needed was there, and we had a positive experience. The Velvet cafe nearby is very cute and serves delicious food."

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

The location is excellent. Just around the corner is the Square Center. Turning the other way, you'll find the tram station, making it very convenient to catch a ride. However, taxis can't enter, so you have to walk to the tram station. The facilities are very good, and the rooms are bright. Although there's a restaurant and bar downstairs, it didn't affect my sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's on-site restaurant for breakfast, as I'd heard the reviews weren't very good. Because there's a cafe downstairs that offers brunch, it's very convenient. I was very pleased with the elevator, so I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs in this old building.

pdp11This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy.
The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works.
I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery.
The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it.
It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town.
Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast.
Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment.
I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked.
I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Guest UserThe location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both.
Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world.
Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow.

Guest UserI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Overall a good stay, but the bed was a struggle
The hotel’s location and staff were great, and for around 50€ per night, it offers good value. However, since I only stayed for 4 nights, I'm not entirely sure how it would hold up for a longer stay.
There were a few practical inconveniences: normally a tram runs right by the hotel, but for some reason, it wasn't operating during my visit. Additionally, a nearby construction site forced a bit of a detour to reach the bus stop.
The room itself was nice, but the biggest downside was the bed. Even for just a 4-night stay, it felt very hard. As a result, my lower back became really sore, making it quite a challenge to walk. A mattress topper or something similar would be a very welcome addition to the beds.
Overall, a solid choice for the price, provided you prefer a very firm mattress.

Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere .
The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things.
Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄
Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time.
We really enjoyed our trip.

The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
