Tyler AngHotel location is close to Gaya Street and convenient. The sunrise view are also pretty But the only downside is no free parking which need to pay by hour rate if park inside the building unless you able to find road side public car park lots to park. But must download Sabah smart parking app to make payment.

Guest Usersuper clean! sangat comfort! so worthy even the car park pun consider murah to pay. would love to stay here lagi. receiptionist nya pun super ramah & detail giving an instruction but if only they can access direct to car park while staying lagi best! (can only access with their card, just bagi pendapat) 🤣 after all, best. view pun okay juga.

This hotel is an excellent guesthouse. The location is superb! It's right next to the Seafood Street, Durian Street, and Gaya Night Market, and less than a 10-minute walk to the island-hopping pier. Major shopping malls are all within walking distance. The hotel room is spacious, bright, and faces the harbor, with the ocean right outside the balcony. The room is huge, a one-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable sofa and a dining table. It basically has all the essential household items you'd have at home. It's incredibly convenient: a washing machine with a dryer, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, water heater, pots, pans, and especially noteworthy is the automatic hot water dispenser with both boiling and warm water settings, which is very handy. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but I found a few things that need clarifying: 1. Hot water: The hot water is excellent, with strong pressure. It's a Haier real-time heater, and both pressure and water temperature are adjustable. Fantastic hot water! Highly recommended! 2. Front desk: Since it's a guesthouse, there isn't a permanent front desk, but customer service will add you on WeChat and answer all your questions in detail, which is very convenient. 3. Elevators: They can be crowded between 10 AM and 12 PM, but otherwise, they're fine. The elevators are very stable and high-speed. 4. Deposit: The deposit is 200, and the room inspection for deposit return is very quick, causing no delays. Overall, this hotel is incredibly convenient! We are very satisfied and highly recommend it!!!

ZazaKakijalanVery good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities.
I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

ずんだもちBeing able to communicate via WhatsApp and getting quick responses was very helpful. There were no issues with the accommodation itself, but be warned: there isn't much free parking, and I got a parking ticket for parking where everyone else was. It was also inconvenient that there was no laundromat (dobi). I think this place would be great if you don't have a car and are only staying for about one night.

I'm thrilled with this apartment!! My manager's assistance began a week before my trip: WA contacted me in advance with detailed check-in instructions. One caveat: there's no early check-in fee, but they might let you in earlier if there are available rooms. The room is simply wow! It has everything you need for your stay, even if you arrived in shorts! All toiletries are included, including L'Occitane hand cream and disposable shampoos, a sleep mask, earplugs, an umbrella or raincoat, and all the other essentials. There's a fridge in the common hallway stocked with Coca-Cola, Sprite, and other beverages, along with plenty of drinking water! The room itself also has Starbucks mugs and a Dyson hairdryer with cool attachments. The renovations are fresh: the freshly grouted tiles are a joy to behold! 😁 One caveat: I felt cramped on my own. So, the grounds are like a small Turkish hotel: 2 swimming pools, a gym, a basketball court, a playground, and green walking paths. But there are no sun loungers, and it seems like lounging by the pool is not customary here, even though the manager told me I could sunbathe to my heart's content. The location is convenient! There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the apartments are located right in the shopping center (by the way, there's an exchange office there at -1m). To summarize: I highly recommend it, and I pay attention to the details because I'm an experienced traveler.
