I would say a perfect place to stay Got a very good reception, staff were kind and helpful, friendly guided us and explained all amenities in the property. Room was a perfect size for a family had comfortable living room with nice sofas, tv and a good pantry to have our food with very clean and tidy dining table and other amenities. Room was so good with a comfortable bed and pillows very clean & tidy, bathroom was very neat with all comforts. Lights and curtains are so pleasant to eyes in the room. Well secured and very safe place. The roof top was so good with beautiful wall paintings and the seating was so relaxing to have good food and to work. It was a beautiful Picturesque place. WiFi connections were excellent so the gentle breeze in the roof top was so relaxing and able to enjoy while working. Very nice location quiet clam and above all the staff, food ambiance and amenities and comfort are real excellent. My favorite Place to stay and will highly recommend and assured there is no disappointment at all, Thanks to the ***agement and wishing u success and Good luck.. Totally satisfied for taking care of us so well during our stay!!

Arra suites being Proximity to Bangalore airport, we had a wonderfull time at arra suites as we had plans to nandi hills for morning sunset, we stayed in arra as it is between airport and nandi hills, we loved our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Location is calm residential area. Nice. With your own vehicle location would be fine. Coming to room, bit disappointed as we thought it's a studio apartment in real sense. However it's just a room with attached bathroom and in the name of kitchenette, an oven, induction cooker and few utensils. No sink, nothing to wash utensils etc. No dining space or table. Note this cannot be categorised as studio apartment, it's fooling us. Other average items were dirty carpets, no proper tv channels, old towels. They didn't clean the room, neither did the bed, nor refilled items like water, tea/coffee sachets etc. even we stayed for 2 nights and was expecting cleaned room every day. How can it be service apartment? Other irritating factor is every sound from outside coming in, so would be from inside out. They seems overly concerned on light usage. Security came and told that we forgot to switch off bathroom light in the night it seems.  Not recognising the factors like we didn't use AC at all in the night and out of 24hrs mostly will be out. That's the service mentally for you that for such small thing they complaint to the guest. WiFi strength is extremely poor. My advice, don't go thinking it's any apartment, if you fine with a room in a calm area away from City hussel, then for a night it's fine. Hi
