This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
Great location, nice staff and takes very good care of guests.

We stayed for 6 days and it was great. The hotel is rather small, but the comfort level matches their 4 star rating. Staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Food at their restaurant was good. Had the buffet once and it was great.
Only had a short stay there as I was in transit. The staff was great, the room was comfortable and I wish I had more than 8 hours to spend. It IS walkable from Terminal 2 although it’s a pain in the a$$. Anyone you ask tells you to go to Terminal 1 and take the shuttle, but I managed to find it in about 15 minutes. Would be nice to have a frequently circulating shuttle to both terminals.
I think it's worth living. It's safe, reliable and hygienic. It has international brand standards. The location is very central and convenient. It's a recommended choice for people coming to Bangalore
Great experience. comfortable rooms with amazing view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and has all the basic amenities that one would expect. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic.

EEUC riderI think the main point to be aware of is that the location is not by the airport as trip.com information suggests. So you’ll need airport pickup or a taxi. The hotel charges 500 rupees for this and the distance is around 3km.
It’s a large room/apartment with a comfortable bed, sofa and kitchen area. Basic but comfortable and quiet.
I stayed two nights.
I got Uber taxis from there with a little wait.
There are plenty of other taxis/people willing to take your business 👍 no worries.
GGuest UserThe hotel is lovely, staff is good but the managenent needs to look at premium rooms which they charge to ensure fridge is working in rm no 109 & 110, also 109 needs switch next to bed for recharging & 110 in verandah you need to install switch for operating fan or laptop, etc
GGuest UserI stayed at seasons suite at koramangala and not j p nagar. I am certain, my smart watch and ear pod was taken from my bag while i was away for breakfast. I checked in on 9th november'23 evening and checked out at 11am on the 10th of november'23. I have initially stayed for 5days as the location and property is well managed but this time the loss of my smart watch and blue tooth pod was a terrible experience
SSinghI consider it as the best holiday apartment in Bangalore. Super spacious. Everything’s perfect. The staff is super helpful. The room is awesomely clean. Delicious Breakfast. They provide you with the best hospitality. I would be staying in OAKWOOD whenever I come to Bangalore.
GGuest UserWe booked 3 beds option Instead we got 2 beds, The 3rd person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor, which resulted in very less space for walking, after a day and half he moved to the correct room where 3 beds were available.
All this leads to unnecessary inconvenience, not a great experience.
