Got electric towel warmer/ bars in the toilet. Location quite satisfactory. Calling BOLT to renowned tourist sites from the hotel ~€15-20 per trip . Calling BOLT from the hotel is very convenient. Asia Thai restaurant... walking distance. ~80m . Reasonable price. Walking distance to a convenient store. Breakfast simple but satisfactory for €18 per person. Free wifi. There's a pizza hut/ near to the hotel/within walking distance also.

Very good geolocation near Paris. Comfortable room with kitchen and equipment for cooking. Furniture isn’t new. Ourselves checked in time was earlier at the morning about 10 o’clock without any money else. Very good administrator and personal of this hotel.

Room, breakfast, location excellent. Terrible coffee. Stupid policy of bringing your own coffee cup from your room to the lobby to get coffee. Being environmentally friendly is wonderful but if you want coffee to go there's no paper cups and they want you to bring a mug from your room, and wash it yourself. If you forget your mug the front desk people act like you are asking for a kidney and will reluctantly give you a paper cup. Shared courtyard of hotel is very noisy, until past midnight and all day, apparently from the Novotel hotel next door which they have no control over. Request outside room facing the street!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk from Disneyland, making it super convenient. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality accommodation close to Disney. Ill return !!!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, renovated room, clean and pleasant, bed a little hard but it is specific to each, helpful staff, covered parking. For breakfast, bacon would not be refused for the next stay 🙈

Very nice location which walking distance to Eiffel Tower also the hotel just opposite metro station also plenty of restaurants also mcD beside it. However the staff not so helpful where we drop our luggage, she took the luggage tag and ask us to fill it up ourselves then we move our luggage to the luggage waiting room ourselves. Basically she just lead the way also open the door for us to access the luggage room. In the room have coffee machine, kitchen and empty fridge. Coffee maker available at lobby. Its bit overpriced for me.

People were very friendly, excellent price for what you’re given (I paid 60 pound a night for a room with a double bed with oven dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer etc.) staff were useful and even with the language barrier made every attempt to keep up with our needs. Only minor gripe would be the location meaning that any area is a half hour drive or a 45 minute metro into either Paris centre or Versailles. This could be seen as a pro or con depending if you want to cover both areas or just stay in the city centre but overall lovely atmosphere very calming and 24 hour service!

The Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés exceeded all my expectations! 1. Location – absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated right in the heart of Paris, just steps away from the Seine and iconic landmarks like Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the Luxembourg Gardens. It’s ideal for exploring the city on foot. 2. The inclusion of a kitchen in the room was a major plus. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for families or those who prefer to cook their own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. 3. A bathtub in the room was a delightful touch, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. 4. The availability of free coffee all day is a small but thoughtful perk. It’s a great treat for coffee lovers and adds to the overall experience. 5. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm attitude made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location in Paris. The apartment is very cosy for 4 adults.  There is a nice kitchen with utensils sufficient for you to cook a simple meal.  The location is very close to the subway which takes you to major attractions.  The Bercy Village just next to the hotel is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and a small grocery store.  They do not have cleaning service for stay of 8 days or less.  You have to empty the dustbins and put the garbage to the garbage room yourself.  The front desk is very accommodating and allow us to check out later than the usual time.  There are drinks to purchase at the G/F which is convenient when the grocery shop is closed.

If I could give an 11/10 star rating, I would. Went for our honeymoon & they took extremely good care of us. Gave us a room upgrade & prepped for us some gifts. We were extremely touched by their gesture. All the hotel staff was friendly & nice. Location is fantastic. The CDG Roissy airport bus is nearby towards Opera station. This hotel is surrounded by so many train options, making it super convenient to travel around. Luxury stores were a mere 5 min walk away. Gallaries Lafayette Haussmann was a 3 min walk, and public buses to Louvre museums/ Eiffel Tower made it super accessible. They even helped us to look after our bags on the last day before we left for the train station. Hotel room is amazing, with oven, cooking hob & hood, and a very sizable refrigerator. Area is relatively safe, even at night, hotel has good security card systems. Will definitely book this apartment again if we’re back to Paris

Great find! Absolutely loved this hotel. Just on the Paris ring road, 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations and a tram, 20 minutes walk from Betty bus station - great for transport connections. Recommend Ground Control near Bercy station for great food - somewhere you might not come out to if staying in central Paris! The room itself was ideal for a few days away. We didn’t use the kitchen massively but loved it being there as a backup, and did use the facilities to make sandwiches etc. We even had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was a nice surprise! If I’m being really really fussy, would have loved a little bedside ledge and plug both sides and not just one. But that’s no dealbreaker. Overall, would stay again and would definitely look for more hotels from this company too! :)

The hotel is super well located. Nice, calm area with no traffic or noise problems. Services are top and the staff is really nice. Cleaning could be better in terms of regularity because we only had 1 cleaning in 12 days knowing that I was coming with a dog.

The room is clean and tidy, as is always the case abroad---no toothpaste and toothbrush, free mineral water, very exquisite breakfast, bread, drinks and fruits, Western breakfast, exquisite environment design, the main feature is a small and exquisite 😂

Honestly, the environment and facilities are acceptable. However, the quality of employees is quite concerning and their system is not connected with the agency very well. For my situation, I booked three nights but separated 2 orders, the counter could not find out and asked me to check out on my last night, I showed my order in French, and they repeatedly said: my system shows no this night. No offense, but the hotel needs to train its employees about adaptability, instead of doing nothing for the situation happen.

Free coffee in lounge. Room is well cleaned with kitchen kits. The location is convenient for office and event but difficult to find for taxi. I had to go down in front of Ibis to get a taxi. No free room service for less than 7 days stay. Be attention with the reception. I was charged twice the stay tax by an inexperienced staff, and they did not reimburse me when check out.

Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

Great location, fantastic service. The car park will be better if the hotel can install a buzzer close to the gate so drivers won’t get off their car. Overall beautiful experience, highly recommended, and hope the price will remain the same. Great!!!!!

We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We enjoy cooking every time we travel to Europe. Especially on the streets of Paris in July, most restaurants do not provide adequate air conditioning, so we look forward to going back to our hotel to cook a big meal every day. Today The hotel I booked this time is very close to the subway station. There are two supermarkets under the accommodation. One of them is larger and has a complete range of things that need to be purchased. The overall convenience is very convenient. It is rare to stay in a hotel with air conditioning, two large beds, and complete cooking facilities. The service attitude of the special staff is very enthusiastic and helpful. There is a welcome drink on the first day of check-in. On the same day, there was a global network problem and the room card could not be detected. The staff also went out of their way to help open the door, which was very touching. Will stay again if possible.

The hotel has good access to the city center, the room was a studio with a kitchen, it was clean and spacious, and there was hot water available immediately. Reasonable price. The room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, and the staff were very nice. The hotel also had laundry facilities that could be used 24 hours a day, which was convenient for long-term stays. It was a very satisfying stay and I would highly recommend it. I would like to use it again. The only thing I would say is that the hotel entrance was hard to find, and I got lost on the first day. The hotel was very comfortable and suits for family of 5 ppl. Definitely would stay here again! The location was great near to supermarket (Auchan) or the mall val d’europe

Super handy hotel for Disneyland Paris. Hotel is just outside the RER station Val d’Europe and is one stop to the parks. Hotel room was very clean, but the decor in the room looked tired. The kitchenette was handy to have and the nearest supermarket was just a few minutes away. I’d stay here again without a doubt

Extremely impressed by the hotel!! Very clean, professional and the location for the purpose of going to Disney is 2nd to none! The hotel provides a free shuttle from directly outside the park. The amenities of the hotel for a couple were very impressive consider we needed to relax after a long day exploring. Would really highly recommend this property to anyone considering a similar holiday or just a relaxing spa break!

The room is very small, not as good as the pictures, but with the high cost of living in Paris, it's OK to stay there for one night. It's close to Disneyland, but the front door reception closes too early. The bathroom is also very old

Me, my brother and mother (all adults) had a great short stay here. In comparison to other hotels within the area, the price was decent. Our apartment was very clean, equipped with tea, coffee, towels, toilet roll, bed sheets, hair dryer and an iron as-well as kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. There’s a TV in both the bedroom and living room area where the sofa beds lie - though i would say please provide a remote for both! We had breakfast on one day and there’s a great selection - we were going to the park and were literally full the whole day. For two of us that was the only meal of the day. They also let us check in an hour early which was great. In terms of what could be better: the bus wasn’t usually on schedule so we just had to go to the bus-top and just try our luck with when it would arrive. Although it’s not miles away from amenities i.e val d’europe etc . The times described are often driving distances. So what is described as 15 minutes away is usually like half an hour public transport. Furthermore restaurants should close at 11, it would allow people time to get food after the last bus. A bit outdated, but nice, spacious apartment. The smell in the room was a bit unpleasant. Staff very nice, breakfast simple but you could get enough. Ideal for a visit to Disneyland, as it's two minutes to the train.

Хороший отель, очень просторные номера, далеко от центра Парижа, но если на машине, то ок. Неприятный момент, забронировали с завтраком на trip.com, в итоге в отеле сказали, что завтрак не включён, пришлось спорить, показывать бронирование. Согласились, написали какую-то бумажку на завтрак, но осадок остался.
