The hotel is clean, location is great to the nearby supermarket, shopping malls and the wildlife park. Many restaurants around. It would be great if there's dryer attached with washing machine. Breakfast is great, blended with both western and Chinese selections. I came back to stay with Sebel after my previous stay because of the friendly and informative stuffs who have helped me with the luggages and check in. However, why I rated the service with lower point because after I came back to stay for 2 consecutive nights, we have encountered different stuffs that gave totally opposite vibes, which were arrogant and no greetings, no smile.

It's close to Mojajie. Xining Bookstore is also nearby. The shuttle bus to Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake, and other tourist attractions departs nearby, making it convenient to just walk a few steps after getting off early or late. It's clean. The staff are friendly, bright, and diligent. They're always willing to help. However, they don't speak English. I'd like to make tea, but the kitchen is locked, so I have to use the shared water tank on the first floor. I wanted to make it feel like home, but I moved because the laundry service wasn't available. Coin laundries are rare in Xining. I'd give it 100 points if there was a shared washing machine.
