The front desk staff were all incredibly nice! I initially booked the wrong dates on a third-party platform, and they helped me contact the third-party customer service for a refund. Then, they even upgraded my room on the spot. When I left, they gave me some snacks, drinks, and tissues. Their service was very thoughtful!

The rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great nighttime views. Conveniently located near the subway station, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Came for a concert, it was very convenient as it's within walking distance. There's a mall with food next door, and the service was great. It was crowded during New Year's Eve, so I had to wait a bit during check-in, but the front desk lady coordinated and upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request. There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food. In general, we recommend this place to everyone! Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов. Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой. В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!

Let me start with the conclusion: the room had an excellent view, it was pet-friendly, and they even provided pet supplies in the room. We'll definitely be back! This Chinese New Year, from ***** New Year's Eve to the sixth day of the new year, we stayed at Hengli. We also ate all our meals at the 2nd-floor restaurant, practically turning it into our personal canteen. On New Year's Eve and on the fifth day (when people welcome the God of Wealth), the hotel put on nearly an hour-long fireworks display. It's been a long time since I've seen fireworks on such a grand scale! There are also many places to visit nearby, and getting around is convenient.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete and all from well-known brands, including an automatic toilet (Panasonic), shower and faucet (Kohler), and refrigerator (Siemens). The central air conditioning cools very well. I really liked the decor style. Cleanliness: The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Downstairs is a pedestrian street and a shopping mall. It's about a ten-minute walk to the nearest subway station (Heshan). Service: The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate all requests.

The hotel's service was meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly warm. Its location is absolutely superb, just a few hundred meters' walk from the South Station South Hub. All the city's attractions are conveniently spaced, making it easy to walk between different sites for sightseeing, so getting around is both convenient and efficient. My friends and I stayed in separate single rooms, and the room rates were reasonable, with well-proportioned spaces. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, leading to an excellent overall experience. The value for money is outstanding.

What I liked: - Great location near moon bay - Good basic gym that you can get a solid workout in. - Great view of the lake and the city. - Great service, especially from the counter staff. Appreciate them for helping me out when I locked myself out like 3 times. - The room I stayed in had a washing machine and as I was there for a few weeks this was really nice.  What could have been better: - Some of the carpets looked slightly old (more of an aesthetic thing than anything, really nitpicking here so not too bad) - Breakfast could have a little more protein options. 

The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

If you're heading to Nanjing, this hotel is a good choice. It’s a serviced apartment setup, which is a massive win if you prefer room to breathe over a cramped hotel. Huge, immaculate, and quiet room. Having a proper living area, smart kitchen, and a washing machine makes a world of difference. 24/7 gym, good indoor pool, and a solid breakfast spread with a great live noodle station. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, too. Very good value for money. Plenty of space, great facilities, and hassle-free. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town.
