The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

Location: The location is excellent, which is its biggest advantage. It's built right above Beijing Road subway station, so you can just head downstairs to explore Beijing Road in the evening. Facilities: All the basic facilities are available. However, food delivery can't be brought up to the room, which is understandable for safety reasons, but it's a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was okay. But when I first entered, the dryer was drying duvet covers and such, so the room initially smelled strongly of laundry detergent. It went away after I stopped it, though. Service: Check-in was quite straightforward.

We loved having a mall within easy reach for any shopping needs or casual dining, but the real highlight was discovering the incredible local cuisines just steps away from the hotel. From street food stalls to charming family-run restaurants, we enjoyed exploring the diverse flavors and dishes that gave us a true taste of the local culinary scene. The combination of boutique charm, excellent service, unbeatable location, and rich neighborhood experiences made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing local character!

The lighting in the room was soft, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The bed was just the right firmness, very comfortable to lie on. The cleanliness was meticulous, with no water stains or grime on the vanity. The air conditioning ran quietly, so it didn't disturb my sleep. The front desk staff were polite and patiently helped answer my questions about local attractions. It was also quite convenient to hail a taxi for getting around. The hotel itself isn't very large, but it's well-maintained and organized. After a quiet night's rest, my travel fatigue significantly eased. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel I booked is conveniently located just 200 meters from the Park Front subway exit, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was excellent – it even had a washing machine and a drying area. The shower pressure was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. If the weather's good, you can get your laundry done and dry in just one morning. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I had a fantastic time in Guangzhou! 😁

Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

Great service, and conveniently close to the airport. The location is excellent, especially with the free airport shuttle. They also provide breakfast, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean. Overall, a really good experience and highly recommended.

Throughout our stay, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, ensuring everything remained spotless, fresh, and properly stocked every single day. The location could not be better. Its position is perfect for getting around Guangzhou, offering easy access to transport, great food options, and key sights while still serving as a comfortable retreat to recharge. Between the hospitality, pristine cleanliness, and standout views, J Apartments exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to book here again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hygiene was generally poor: the sofa had obvious stains, there were grease marks on the table, and suspicious moldy black spots on the shower floor. The environment was quite good: The room was spacious, and seeing the Canton Tower was a pleasant surprise. The service was a bit terrible: From check-in to check-out, all the front desk staff I encountered offered no smile service. When checking in, they didn't provide any information about hotel facilities or breakfast, nor did they mention the benefits included in the package. During my stay, when I asked the housekeeping staff for some items, they seemed very, very impatient 🙄. The facilities were decent: The facilities were quite complete, and the room had a washer-dryer combo with laundry detergent. Unfortunately, extra bottled water in the hotel required a fee, which is a point deduction.
