The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

While the room is aged and not an exact match for the photographs provided, services are freely provided (via WeChat contact and requests). The location is ideal for access to Beijing Walking Street, restaurants and malls. Additional days were easily obtained, again via WeChat request. The washer and dryer facilities were invaluable! I think, without a dryer nothing would dry as it is a very humid environment. A/c made the room comfortable. River view is… ok; we had a comfortable stay and I would use this place again. I do feel it is priced above what it actually offered, but it was comfortable, roomy and all my requests were met in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend it, with this understanding.

The bus station nearby provides additional connectivity options, and the area is surrounded by a vibrant mix of modern amenities and authentic local culture. We loved having a mall within easy reach for any shopping needs or casual dining, but the real highlight was discovering the incredible local cuisines just steps away from the hotel. From street food stalls to charming family-run restaurants, we enjoyed exploring the diverse flavors and dishes that gave us a true taste of the local culinary scene. The combination of boutique charm, excellent service, unbeatable location, and rich neighborhood experiences made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing local character!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of Tianhe, within walking distance of the subway station, surrounded by shopping malls like Zhengjia and TaiKoo Hui. All sorts of dining options and convenience stores are readily available, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no strange odors upon entering, and had excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The in-room facilities were well-maintained, and the WiFi was fast and stable. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is very practical for travelers. For this location, the price offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel.

Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

Great service, and conveniently close to the airport. The location is excellent, especially with the free airport shuttle. They also provide breakfast, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean. Overall, a really good experience and highly recommended.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely, featuring breathtaking CBD views and impeccable service from start to finish. From a seamless check-in to a smooth check-out, it easily became our favourite stay in GZ! A wonderful bonus was the complimentary afternoon tea set included in our booking, it was simply delightful and beautifully presented. We also really appreciated the smart toilets, which were a thoughtful touch and especially helpful for Muslim travellers. The breakfast buffet offered decent vegetarian choices, though I would suggest adding more halal-certified options and increasing the overall variety of food to make it perfect. Still, we left thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it!

It’s just a short walk from the East Gate business district, offering everything you need for travel, dining, and entertainment. It’s highly recommended for friends visiting Shenzhen.

Located right above the Hopson Plaza complex, you'll find a shopping mall, restaurants, a supermarket, and bubble tea shops right downstairs – everything you need for dining and shopping is just an elevator ride away. It's a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride to Pazhou Exhibition Center, Canton Tower, and Zhujiang New Town, making it ideal for business trips during the Canton Fair. The nearest metro station, Yijing Road, is about 1km away, and Kecuun Station is 2.4km. It's also car-friendly with paid parking available at the commercial parking lot. Guangzhou South Railway Station is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

It's fully equipped with essential appliances like a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, and the internet is stable. The floor-to-ceiling window offers an excellent view, and the city lights at night are truly mesmerizing. Downstairs, there are all sorts of food options nearby, and it's a quick walk to North Station, making transfers to high-speed rail and subway effortless and time-saving. It meets all your travel accommodation needs, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.
