The place was rather run down and dirty. Although the beds were clean and the shower area was OK too. The rest of the unit felt dirty. Had lots of hair on the floor, there was a small cockroach on top of the fridge when we arrived which freaked out my kids. The aircon units were cold enough. Towels felt clean. Location was easy to find but after entering the building, the “check in” room was actually on the 4/F! I had to ask a delivery person to help me to call the “hotel” to find out where the check in room was. After that, our actual room was on 13/F. I won’t be returning again.

The hotel apartment was comfortable and well equipped with microwave and washing machine. Cleanliness overall was acceptable. Location was good. At the heart of Beijing Road shopping belt. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Although the apartment had 2 toilets, the toilet on the upper level did not have bathing facilities. Thus, we all had to wait our turn’s to bathe at the other toilet. However, the most annoying experience was waiting for the lifts. The lifts were slow and were usually very packed by the time they reached our level. I hope this aspect can be improved.

The location is very good, next to the East Gate and next to Diwang Building The toilet also has a toilet, washing machine and disinfection cabinet. The only bad thing is that the toilet smells like urine Maybe the cleaning lady didn't clean it carefully enough

Location is ideal if you are staying in the Sea World area very convenient to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel signage does not say Wassim so we walked right past it the first time and then had to ask where the hotel was. It says (something? Sorry can't remember the first word) Apartments. Very convenient to the Seaworld Metro, use exit A. Check in and check out was very easy and the front desk personnel was outstanding. So why did I give Service a 2? The reason is the 3rd party security service the apartment hires is extremely rude and disrespectful. We had 5 groups stay there and each one that was a couple was questioned by security and treated the females like they were *********** being brought back to the hotel. Required them to show ID and go to the front desk before they were allowed to go to their room. Those that did not have their ID with them at that moment (Left in the room) security was very aggressive and did not want to allow them the chance to go to the room and get it then started making threats on calling the police. The hotel did apologies for the issue the next morning, but all the females felt very uncomfortable and scared. The room did not look like the photos, little musty smelling and was outdated. There was no carpet but all tile which is fine, but in the bathroom the tile was extremely slippery. The shower mat they provide to prevent slipping is very small and if you stepped off of it you were at risk of falling. The shower drain did not drain fast enough for the amount of water. The shower was not sealed properly and leaked all into the bathroom floor the caulking was old and had mold on it. The water leak made it even more of a fall hazard on that slick surface. Patio that I had was very spacious but extremely dirty. Power outlets were limited. Wardrobe did have a lot of space and there was a dresser if you need storage. If you only care about location and not any of the other items, this hotel is good enough.

Location of the hotel is very nice, you are staying 5 minutes away from the museum of Guangzhou. There are many places for lunch and dinner within 5-15 minutes reach. The rooms are a bit worn, but the idea of the room is quite interesting. The beds are located in kind of separate floors within the main room. The front desk very helpful and does speak English. It is a good stay for a family.

I checked in during the trade fair and there were a lot more people than usual. The good thing is that the location is very close to the Beijing Road business district and is very convenient. The room is very clean and the management is acceptable. There are no insect problems that others have mentioned. There is a dedicated person to take care of the room every day. Customers can respond quickly when communicating via WeChat. It is easy to find a dedicated person to help. About 10 minutes is acceptable. The only thing I have to say is that the house really shows signs of age. There are stains on the glass windows, ceilings, and wall heights. And don’t expect the quality of the shower gel and shampoo provided in the room. It is recommended to bring your own. The most important thing is to wait. The elevator time is really long. In a building that is both commercial and residential, there will be a lot of outsiders waiting for the elevator, so you have to allow an extra 10 minutes before going out. Overall, it's okay and acceptable. I really don't lie.

Nice hotel generally, the area is awesome, bunch of shopping malls, restaraunts, easy and fast to get to downtown, but when we came there first, water was out of service, remember a lot of visitors were complaining, but reception were replying fast and solved the problem, but other day mixed up me and my girlfriend with another guest to check out from the room and started to argue for a bit, but everything was fine in the end :)

Very convenient and surprisingly quiet place while it is also close to multiple shopping centres. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel as it is hard to find an outdoor swimming among most of the hotels in that area.

I was advised to stay at this hotel by my colleague, who went to Shenzhen before me. It was a very nice stay, and I shall say it was the best hotel of the three in this area where I lived. The rooms are located on the upper floors of a building, so almost no noises can reach it, even if the balcony door is open. And no smells from the street. The room is big enough, there is a table convenient for work on laptop (not big, but not so small), wi-fi works good - it is important for business travellers. The condition is organized very smart - one can switch on the conditioner in the entrance area, and sleep safely from getting cold. The cleanliness is good, but I have met the cockroaches twice (which is rare compared to many other hotels). This is the only reason I put 4, not 5. The location is excellent - there are many facilities to eat on the ground floor (NB - they all are closed by 11 pm or even earlier). And there is a big supermarket underground. The subway is 50 meter from the entrance. There are also two little things to improve the facilities. 1) ”Please, do not disturb” sign for the door. Sometimes people have to sleep a little bit longer because of jet lag. It would be nice to warn the cleaning lady. 2) Tableware. The room facilities includes electric kettle and even an induction cooktop(!). But there was no tableware (unless very-very small teapot and cups for the tea ceremony count). I think, a pair big glasses for drinks and a pair simple plates (for fruits etc.) will be greatly appreciated. If I go to Shenzhen again, I will book HIPPA from the beginning of my trip.
