Dimao Boutique Apartment (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street)

I’m very satisfied with our stay for several reasons: 1. The staff's kindness, support and prompt communication via WeChat (no staff physically at the lobby): For example, during my stay: - I never had to wait around for answers or services (e.g., asking about adjusting the temperature of water heater, which is a huge plus when you are on a tight travel schedule. - The staff understand travelers (e.g., standby to help me e.g., give guidelines to get in the room at midnight as I inform in advance that I might arrive to check-in around midnight, allowed us a late check-out (1 pm) and helping about waive deposit) All of above helps my travel plan smoothly and happy. It makes me feel like sleep at my friend’s home. 2. Good location, great view and convenience: - Not far from beautiful pier for river walks (just across the road) - Not far from Metro Beijing lu (10-mins walk or bicycle) and Dafo temple (where we can find food until 2 am) - Not far from Metro Haizhu square (recommend this station more than Beijing lu to avoid the crowds) - There is a parking point of bicycle in from of the hotel - I can see view of bridge as the pictured attached - We can store luggages before check-in and after check-out in cabinet with the password 3. Cleanliness & Facilities: The room was very clean with absolutely no smell of cigarette smoke. It was fully equipped exactly like the photos (e.g. smart toilet, iron, washing machine, dryer (with detergent), and even a dishwasher) Please note that the location is not the same as showed in trip.com. However, the hotel assistant always reminds the location and you might not go the wrong way if you follow their WeChat directions. Finally, my family and I really love this place and hope to visit again!

The flat itself was nice but ultimately is befitting of a pair of 2 that is comfortable with the privacy of a veil. 3 or more might be pushing the capabilities of that room and while fully stocked, one might find themselves lacking in large spaces. Thus far, the short stay has been pleasant in the sense that it was liveable and no means luxurious. Please take note that cleaning only occurs when you leave and that you need to talk to their front office on WeChat first before you check in.

Location of the apartment was great! Many eateries around, 5-7 min walk to the mrt and beijing road pedestrian walk. The butler was quick to address questions and fix issues. We got upgraded to a 4 bedroom unit and it was a bonus! We arrived earlier than check in time and allowed us to go in as the previous occupants had left and cleaning was completed.
