The memorial hall is located in Jiangshang Village, Mayu Town, Ruian City. In 2016, Mr. Xuan Xuan and Sun Xuan Wenji launched the construction of the memorial hall. It took a year to complete in spring 2017. The memorial hall is a late Qing Dynasty style courtyard building with five exhibition halls on the third and second floors. Among them, in the first and second halls, the inscriptions of national leaders and experts and scholars, as well as many political figures of the Republic of China, Mobao, and the poems of Mr. Yuan's ancestors and Mr. Yuan Tingxuan; the three halls are the showrooms of Mr. Yuan Tingxuan's life and deeds. Combining artworks such as leftover cultural relics photos and painting week carvings, Mr. Tingting uses modern technology to showcase his extraordinary life.
