Nakanoshima Park was born in 1891 (Meiji 24) and is the first park in Osaka City, with a total length of about 1.5 kilometers and an area of about 10.6 hectares. The park provides cafes, restaurants and other recreational spaces. There is also a Noh stage called "Sui Liukan" near the back of the Central Public Hall, which regularly performs Vajra-style Noh music. The park has a rose garden consisting of about 100 species and 4,000 roses, and the viewing season begins in mid-May and mid-October.
