City Park
National Park
Capt.Dell_A380The land was originally used by Indigenous peoples for thousands of years before British Columbia was colonized by the British during the 1858 Fraser Canyon Gold Rush and was one of the first areas to be explored in the city. For many years after colonization, the future park with its abundant resources would also be home to non-Indigenous settlers.The land was later turned into Vancouver's first park when the city incorporated in 1886. It was named after Lord Stanley, 16th Earl of Derby, a British politician who had recently been appointed Governor General. It was originally known as Coal Peninsula and was set aside for military fortifications to guard the entrance to Vancouver harbour. In 1886 Vancouver city council successfully sought a lease of the park which was granted for $1 per year. In September 1888 Lord Stanley opened the park in his name.

E38***43Canada Place was a fun place to visit. There were so many things to see and do. We were lucky to be there during an anime cosplay expo. We're able to interact with cosplayers and ask them for a photo. It's definitely worth visiting!

爱好和平Lynn Canyon Park, also known as Suspension Bridge Park, ranks second in Vancouver Parks. It is located in North Vancouver. If you take a car, I take the expo line and get off at the penultimate stop in the direction of water front. Come out and take bus 210 at bay2. At the terminal station, walk more than a hundred meters to a side entrance of the park. From this entrance, you can visit the pipeline bridge first. Then the foot pools, then to the suspension bridge. After the suspension bridge, there are restrooms and food sellers. You can take a break and then go to the twin falls bridge to the left. There are many stairs to go down. The stairs in Canadian parks are all made of wood. The water under the twin falls bridge is more beautiful. There are fewer people who visit this bridge. Generally, you will go back after you finish the suspension bridge. Suspension Bridge Park, that is, Lynn Canyon Park, apart from several bridges and foot pools, there are tracts of virgin forest. The trees are tall and straight, making people hard to see. The water in the foot pools is so clear that you don’t believe it. Yes, it’s not allowed to jump into the pool from high places in the park. I’m afraid of accidents. When I arrived at the pool, a beautiful lady jumped from a high cliff into the pool and then went swimming in the pool. At this time, the water humidity was very low and should not exceed At 10 degrees, I feel cold even without entering the water. There is no need to buy tickets for the park. This park is worth visiting directly. It would be better if the weather is hotter.
