Niagara Falls is a natural wonder that defies description. My visit to this majestic spectacle left me in awe of the sheer power and breathtaking beauty of nature.
Standing on the edge of the falls, I was enveloped in a misty embrace as I gazed upon the thundering cascade of water. The sight, sound, and even the gentle vibration underfoot were an exhilarating sensory overload. The Horseshoe Falls, in particular, were a mesmerizing sight.
Exploring the surrounding parkland and taking a boat tour to get up close to the falls provided different perspectives, each more awe-inspiring than the last.
Niagara Falls is not just a bucket-list destination; it's a humbling reminder of the Earth's natural grandeur. It's a place where you can't help but feel small in the face of such natural magnificence.

Niagara Carnival and Falls
#summerfest
On the Canada side of Niagara they have a carnival style amusement park. They have arcade games, rollercoaster, a giant ferris wheel, putt-putt golf, restaurants, gift shops, and hardrock cafe.
We first stopped at the Journey behind the falls to get up close to the waterfall. There are three different viewpoints to see the fall. We went at least 200m into the fall. You also get wet too.
Then we headed to the carnival amusement area. We mostly shopped and ate food. It got quite busy in the evening. I was happy when I got my funnel cake.

Train and sky view
On the Canada side of Niagara we took the incline train from the tablerock cafe to go visit the skylon tower. It is also accessible by the wego buses.
The train ride is a nice short ride up the hill. From there you can walk to skylon tower. You walk pass a hotel and casino.
You purchase tickets before entering the tower. The tower also has a restaurant inside but we opt out of the option. When you line up to ride the elevator, they take pictures and at the end you can purchase them with different backgrounds. They also have arcade games when you first enter.
Once you get to the top, you have a beautiful view of the two falls and the city. There is a gift shop on the observation deck too. When you go down you take a different elevator and see the falls as you go down.

Summer in the gardens
#summerbreak
Niagara on the Canada side. This is the floral showroom in Niagara Park. It is about a 12 minute walk from the view of the two falls and tablerock cafe. If you are at a different part of the park they have Wego buses that can take you there as long as you have a bus pass.
It is a small garden. In the greenhouse they have desert plants and some flowers. Outside they have little models of homes. I believe they reflect the homes of Ontario.

Behind the Niagara Falls 🇨🇦
Location: Niagara Falls - Canada
Very beautiful scenic attraction. When you first enter the attraction, a staff guides you into an elevator where you are handed a raincoat.
You can then begin to make your way into the tunnels and stand outside in the outdoor balcony space beside the waterfall. Friendly reminder to ensure your raincoats are properly secured before you step out because the water does splash at you if the wind blows.
Highly recommended, super memorable experience!
