Raffles Marina Lighthouse

The Laffluen Lighthouse is one of the symbols of Singapore Bay. The lighthouse is actually large. If you look at it from a distance, it is easier to ignore it. But if you are close, the scenery here is also very beautiful.

This is a Raffles Lighthouse. It is actually a very small lighthouse. When I turn around at night, I can’t see it clearly. The photos can’t be taken. It’s also a very ordinary lighthouse.

Raffles Lighthouse is a lighthouse on the Singapore Strait, about 14 kilometers south of Singapore's main islands. It is located on Coney Island at the west entrance of the Singapore Strait, 29 meters high. The cornerstone was laid by William J. Butterworth, then the governor of the Straits Colony, in 1854. The lighthouse was operated daily from November 1855.

If you need a quiet and calming place to be at, this is the right spot to go and you can even watch amazing sunsets (if you’re lucky!). Within the club there’s also a restaurant that serves fusion and Asian cuisines. I’ve tried it multiple times and it’s good! Be sure to drive to Raffles Marina or book a grab ride as this place is situated in a way only accessible if you drive! Have fun exploring the extreme west end of Singapore!
