Where can I collect my SIM card?
You can collect your SIM card at Changi Airport or in the city center at the address listed in "Pictures and Details" above.
The airport collection counter is closed, what should I do?
The counter staff may have taken a break. Please check if there are any signs stating when they will be back! Or go to one of our other counters in other terminals to collect your SIM card! If both counters at Changi Airport are closed, you can go to our city store in Bugis Junction to collect your SIM card. See the address of all our counters where you can collect SIM cards in "Details with pictures" above!
My SIM card doesn't work, what should I do?
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check that your SIM card is correctly installed in your phone. 2. Restart your phone. 3. Go to your mobile data network settings > Change the APN (Access Point Name) setting to shppd and restart your phone. For detailed instructions, please click here
