「小康和 Shoukouwa 」乍一听其店名，完全能感觉到是家经营日本菜的食品店!之所以称其为食品店，皆因小日本这个国家似乎没有大一点儿的饭店什么的.... 做为新加坡的米其林二星还是想来尝试一下~提前三天就打电话店内蛮好预约的，订到了位(看来不是特别火爆?)餐厅用餐人也没有很多，餐厅晚餐套餐建议两种，一种300多新币和另一种400多新币，我们选了400多的那套，结果吃都一半才知道只有 Ｓushi 种类有一些区别，厨房做的那几道菜是一样的，但是400多的量会更多，所以建议食量不大的话不要选择400多的这套，要不然会吃到到最后根本吃不下...在新加坡吃的这几顿日料都没有惊艳到我,感觉新加坡的几家日料都蛮一般般的感觉不过说实话，小康和的确比 &ldquo;鮐一&rdquo; 好一些，不是从价钱方面来看，而是从服务水准、餐食出品、还有 Ｓushi 师傅的Ｌevel啊这些综合来看的，所以如果非要在新加坡吃一顿日料的话，那就建议还是小康和吧。吃日料的话还是去日本或香港吧，很显然在新加坡这种地方还是吃吃 &ldquo;laksa&rdquo; 和肉骨茶比较接地气，但是小康和这家店的刺身还蛮新鲜的这个是毋庸置疑的，做得也特别精致，好看又好吃，窗外的景色也很美...美食、美景加上眼前的&ldquo;美人&rdquo;，能还有:谁!?
