It's not a tourist spot.

Such stone monuments are often registered on TripAdvisor, probably because it is easy to apply for registration as a tourist attraction, but I don't think it's like taking the trouble to see them.
It is a stone monument that tells the place that the Tenjin Festival Funatogo has risen here in the past. It's just a place, and there's nothing around it, and it's not enough to come all the way to see it.
Only a stone monument stood in a narrow place sandwiched between the buildings. It used to be the landing of Funato at the Tenjin Festival, but now it is only a stone monument without trace. The back should hit the Kizu River, but the surface of the river was not directly visible.
It seems that it has been abolished now, but Funatogyo, the main Tenjin Festival in Osaka, seems to have landed at this place and aimed at the Otabisho of Tenmangu Gyogu in Matsushima by land. It looks like a monument.
