Osaka Fukushima Campus was reprinted and placed in Noda Hanshin, but I was in Ebi, and there is a school building in Fukushima Ward, Kansai University.
It is a monument that shows that there was the Fukushima School Building of Kansai University in the place where the building, restaurants, and condominiums are located, but it is not conspicuous, so it seems that you will be looking for it a little. It is a Pokemon GO Pokemon stop, so it will be a landmark for discovery.
A panel indicating that there was a Fukushima school building.

I found a panel on the day I passed along the Amidaikesuji with reference to the photos here. It's not that noticeable. If you are looking for it from now on, go to Amidaikesuji. It looks like a panel built in 2010.
It seems that a school building stood in Fukushima from 1897 to 1945. A panel with pictures of those days and historical background was attached to the outer wall of the building by the road. It wasn't a place with a lot of people, and there seemed to be few people who noticed it.
