    臨済宗妙心寺派の寺院

    法輪寺といっても嵐山にある十三まいりの法輪寺とは別寺院です。臨済宗妙心寺派の寺院で、山号は大宝山です。ご本尊は釈迦如来様です。通称の「だるま寺」の名で親しまれています。節分大祭でたくさんお参りに来られます。

    境内一杯のだるまさん！この寺は臨済宗妙心寺派に属し、通称名「達磨寺」として知られています。１７２７年の開創、この世界では比較的新しい歴史の寺院です。達磨堂には８０００を超える達磨さんが飾られている。寺院情報はネット上でも公開されており略。ここは納経印も申出後に納経帳に記して頂ける、最近は書置きの値打ちの無い納経印が多い中では丁寧で真面目な寺院と云える。
