Fuzhou''s leading spring was established in the Yuan Dynasty around 1315. According to legend, after the water-drinking rock spring was diverted, it spewed out of the stone walls of the tap spring. Later, people introduced the water into the stone tap mouth, under the tap also installed a turbine, and on the turbine hung a small clock.
