How to use
[Important notes before setting up]
Do not use the device's camera or other applications to scan the QR.
Internet connection is required to install the eSIM.
Do not delete the eSIM. QR code can only be scanned and activated only once.
After scanning, eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.

Step 1: Go to Settings - Cellular
Step 2: Click Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan
Step 3: Choose Use QR Code
Step 4: Scan the above QR or tap Enter Details Manually and enter the activation code above if you can not use your device to scan your QR.
Step 5: Click Next to finish the installation.
Step 6: Go to Cellular and turn on Cellular Data. At Cellular Data Options, turn on Data Roaming to start using eSIM.
[For Android]
Step 1: Go to Settings - Connections (Network) - SIM manager.
Step 2: Click Add Mobile Package - Scan the network's QR code.
Step 3: Scan the QR code above or press Enter activation code and enter the activation code above if you can not use your device to scan your QR.
Step 4: Click Next to finish the installation.
Step 5: Go to Cellular and turn on Cellular Data. At Cellular Data Options, turn on Data Roaming to start using eSIM.

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Please check if your phone supports eSIM, and make sure your phone is not locked version before purchasing.
- One device can scan and save multiple eSIM QR codes (up to 8 eSIMs), but only 1 eSIM can be used at a time
- It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.
- If you do not receive email having eSIM, kindly check spam/junk email or contact us.
- Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.
