Overall, I had a good experience with this eSIM. It worked reliably for everyday needs, including Google Maps, calls, messaging and social media, with no major issues.
However, I did encounter some compatibility problems with a few local Korean apps, particularly the city bike rental app. Since the eSIM appeared to use a Hong Kong-based network location, some Korean applications and services didn't work properly. Fortunately, I managed to find Wi-Fi that day, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
For general internet usage, the connection was perfectly fine and did everything I needed. However, if I travel to South Korea again, I would probably choose another eSIM, mainly to avoid similar compatibility issues with local apps.
I would still recommend it to travellers who mainly need internet access for navigation, communication and social media. Just keep in mind that some location-dependent local services may not work as expected★

I used this service for a 3-night, 4-day trip to South Korea. It was my first time in Korea, but it was incredibly convenient, and I had no problems with internet access during my trip. I didn't use the phone function, but having a phone number associated with it gave me peace of mind in case of any issues. I would definitely use it again when I go to Korea.
