Things to do in Yongin-si

Caribbean Bay is the largest and most famous water park in South Korea. It is located in Yongin, right next to Everland theme park. It features thrilling water slides like Mega Storm, a giant wave pool, and a lazy river to relax in. There are also large indoor pools and warm spa facilities so you can enjoy yourself whether it is too hot or rainy. The park is kept very clean and safe with plenty of lifeguards on duty. However, if you go during the peak summer season (July and August), it gets extremely crowded, and you may have to wait 1 to 2 hours in line for rides. It takes about 1.5 hours to reach from central Seoul, and extra fees apply for locker and life jacket rentals. If you pre-book your tickets online and go early in the morning, you can avoid the crowds and have an incredible time!

We actually bought on the exact day we visited and no problem encountered. We hope we had more time to rome around coz its really a great destination.

Lotte World Aquarium lives up to the hype🌊🐠🐬🐳 Plenty of ocean animals to see. Lots of creatures to learn about. A worthy and memorable visit in South Korea❤️

It's windy and a bit chilly on Namsan Mountain, so be sure to dress warmly if you go up in the evening in October. The scenery is fantastic; on a clear day, you can get a clear view of the entire city of Seoul. They have beer and drinks on-site, and you can sit down and enjoy the view. Be sure to try the restrooms!

Amazing value! Seoul Land offers the romance of this summer. It has water rides, thrilling attractions, shows, and fireworks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. The staff are all very friendly. A few rides have a separate fee, but it's not expensive. Most rides don't require a second payment. The log flume is a must-ride! The flying insect ride is also a must-ride! It's very convenient to get there from downtown Seoul by taxi, which goes directly to the parking lot at the entrance.

In the height of summer, Seoul Tower is more tiring with its uphill climb, but less of a hassle waiting for the cable car. It's a must-see attraction for first-time visitors. You can choose whether or not to go up the tower at your own expense; it's similar to the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai. The all-glass bathrooms inside the tower are a major highlight! 😂

This is a place you must visit when you come to Gonjiam Resort! It is an artificial garden, but its size is so large and the path is so well-organized that it is perfect~ If the weather is good, I recommend walking rather than taking the gondola.. There are many photo zones here and there, so it is a place where you can take a refreshing walk with your family or lover while breathing in the fresh air of the forest!
