We did prepare our mind that we may not see any dolphins, but then we saw so many of them at the half-end of the tour. It was such a delightful moment. The island was also so pretty. Our ship was big enough for about 30-40 people, with 2 floors. I would recommend sitting outside on the 1st floor, since it’s much more convenient to see the dolphins and watch the island. And remember to bring a light jacket because the winds from the ocean can be chilly if you sit outside.

I was able to quickly buy it the day before my trip and set it up easily. There was one instance where the signal was weak in a secluded shop, but otherwise, it worked comfortably. I would use it again if I have the opportunity. I didn't need customer support, so I can't rate it.
