We were late due to some unforeseen circumstances and traffic congestion on National Highway 5. We called the operator, acknowledging it was our fault, and said it was okay if we couldn't get a refund since we were late. Then the operator called back and offered to reschedule for an hour, allowing us to board the island smoothly. We are extremely grateful! 🥹 Thank you, and best wishes for your booming business! 💕

I wasn't used to switching SIMs, so I had some trouble with the settings, but downloading the SIM itself was just one click, so even a beginner like me could manage it. Once I started using it, it was comfortable and connected smoothly, which was great. I'd like to use it again!

This was my first time on a day tour, and our driver and guide, Chen Xinghao (Aken), was incredibly kind and experienced. He even proactively helped us take photos, and his photography skills were superb. He introduced us to local delicacies and was responsible and attentive throughout the trip. He also asked if we were prone to motion sickness, adjusted our seating, informed us about weather changes, and reminded us to prepare necessary items. His thoughtfulness made us feel very safe. We even met some new friends from other countries on the bus, making the whole trip relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this excellent, reliable, and considerate guide to everyone!

Travelled solo and was glad I took the tour as the bus is convenient. Guide Amy was very friendly, did tour in 3 languages and made sure noone was left out. Had enough time to enjoy the places and she help to pre book the chicken wings and lantern for those who wanted it. Even gave us practical tips for each location.
