It was a fantastic trip. Thank you very much.
All the arrangements, communication, and explanations were very polite and thorough. The car was also very clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.
The reason I would especially recommend this tour is that because of the early departure time, we were able to arrive at many tourist spots before the crowds started to build up. We were able to move on to the next place before it got crowded, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without stress. I'm so glad I participated.

We were Vietnamese tourists guided by Mr. Ping. He spoke excellent English, provided great commentary, and was very helpful throughout the trip. Because of the rain, he was very flexible in changing the sightseeing spots, recommended delicious local food, and helped us book a restaurant table. We have many fond memories from our trip.★

I wasn't contacted the day before departure, which made me quite worried, but it turned out the email had gone to my spam folder, so it was a close call. They communicate via email, not WhatsApp. Since I was traveling alone on a weekday, I was initially worried about the awkwardness of staring at the tour guide, but it turned out there were about 20 other travelers with me, which was great. I booked a Chinese-speaking tour, but since the group members came from different countries, the tour guide used a combination of English and Japanese. The guide's Japanese was noticeably better, but he understood English, so there were no communication problems. The itinerary was quite packed, but the time was just right; half a day was enough to see all the main attractions in Shifen and Jiufen. The only regret was that the time for the sky lantern walk in Shifen Old Street was too short; adding ten minutes would have allowed for more time to walk along the tracks. The atmosphere in my group was great, with laughter and cheerful conversation throughout. The meeting time and place were also clear, making it a very good experience.★

Sunny, our tour guide, was so thoughtful! She planned everything perfectly, and her excellent communication skills, switching seamlessly between Chinese and English, were truly impressive. The most amazing thing was the wishing lantern!! Back in Korea, I discovered my wish had actually come true—because I made a wish that would happen right next week!
