- Package Information -

• The high-speed rail single-trip ticket is valid only for one-time travel and is applicable to reserved seats and non-reserved seats in standard carriages.
• Eligibility for the package: Only foreign travelers holding a tourist visa for less than 6 months (for visa-free travelers, their stay in Taiwan must not exceed 90 days). Children aged 6 to 12 can purchase a child travel pass.
• Package redemption period: The electronic redemption code is valid from the next day of payment to 89 days
• Package validity period: The passenger shall specify the validity period when exchanging for a one-way ticket. The starting date shall be any day within 30 days from the date of exchange. No changes will be accepted after the expiration date.
• Package seats: You can take the non-reserved seats in the standard carriage. If you need to use the reserved seats in the standard carriage, please go to the high-speed rail station counter to apply for reserved seats first (not applicable to business carriages).

— How To Redeem Your Voucher —

• Provide your full English name, gender, date of birth, passport number, and nationality when booking. No changes can be made after the booking has been confirmed. Free admission for children below 6 years old, and they must not occupy a seat
• You will receive a confirmation email along with an e-voucher after the booking has been confirmed. Tickets must be redeemed and used within 89 days from the day after the booking date
• Please use the redemption code in the email first to make a reservation on the 
  official website of Taiwan High-Speed Rail Pass (THSR Pass)
  . Please note that only reservations within 29 days (from 12:00 am on the reservation-making date) are allowed. Reservations made on Fridays or Saturdays are applicable to reservations 4 weeks later (GMT+8, including Sundays)

- Example 1: If the redemption date is January 4 (Monday), 2025, reservations up to February 1 (Monday) , 2025are allowed

- Example 2: If the redemption date is January 8 (Friday), 2025, reservations up to February 7 (Thursday), 2025 are allowed 

• To redeem the physical ticket, please present your voucher and applicable documents (visa-exempt entry, tourist visa, or entry permit) at a High-Speed Rail manual ticket counter, and tell them you already completed the online reservation
• Travelers with reserved seat tickets must enter through the manual gate and prepare ID documents for verification

* Travelers who provide the Taiwan Travel Authorization Certificate number when booking will be required to present the original copy of the certificate on-site. Travelers who provide their passport number when booking will be required to present the original copy of their passport on-site

    ➔ Click the 'Language' button ➔ Click the 'Order Management' button
2. Click 'Search by order number' ➔ Enter 'Voucher No.' and 'Passport No.' (must be consistent with the submitted passenger information)
3. Check the passenger list ➔ Click 'Reservation' button ➔ Select 'Board Date' and 'Board Time'
4. Select your train (check for the timetable for earlier or later trains) ➔ Click 'Confirm Train' ➔ Complete the reservation

*If you need to change your itinerary, please do so at least 30 minutes before the original train departs. No modification or cancellation will be processed after the train departs

• Before completing an online reservation, if you need a refund, please click "Cancel Order" before the refund deadline. Refunds will not be processed after the deadline.
• After completing an online reservation, if you need a refund, you must first cancel your reservation on the
