I used it in Aarhus, Denmark; Byunilis and Kaunas, Lithuania; and Bologna, Venice, and Milan, Italy. It took about 5 minutes to connect after entering Denmark, but after that, it was reliable and problem-free. My stay was 3 weeks, but when I called the toll-free number to check my remaining data, the call was in Chinese, which I couldn't understand. Accessing the website required logging in, which was frankly confusing. I think it would be even better if there were more explanations regarding these things. That said, overall, I would recommend it.

The best coverage. Excellent connection and speed. Easy setup without a bunch of settings. Thank you! We were always connected. Video format doesn't lag either. The signal was pretty good; the only areas with poor signal during this trip to Switzerland were Lake Öschnön and Gorngret. I received cross-border SMS notifications, but there was a section between Italy and Switzerland where the signal didn't automatically switch and was temporarily unavailable. Making calls without using my mobile number was a bit troublesome (the customer service response was incomprehensible; it seemed I needed to log in online to check, but some of the explanations were unclear and I couldn't log in).
