There was a small issue with the booking: after arriving at Rassada Pier, we were supposed to go to the Mai Khao Beach area, which is not covered by the free transfers. We paid extra for a transfer from Rassada to our hotel in Mai Khao and waited a very long time for the car. It was also difficult to communicate. But, in the end, everything was resolved smoothly. The excellent driver took us to the hotel very professionally and quickly. There were no issues with the ferry at all – everything was on schedule. Very comfortable.

The tour exceeded all expectations! Photos speak louder than words, there are simply no words 🤩 Special thanks to our guide Mikhail – his enthusiasm energized us for the entire trip. We were so impressed, we'll cherish the memories and look back on the photos and videos for a long time 😍 Thank you again!

It was an amazing experience! The guide - Nice, was actually so nice :) I had a lot of time with the elephants who looked so happy! Also bring cash to buy photos, they are great and the money should fully go to the elephants!
