The tour was well organised clear instructions on where to be picked up and the tour ran smoothly. Mattia was a passionate guide very knowledgeable explained all you needed to know about the process of making prosciutto and Parmigiano. Highly recommended

We were looking for a private tour that would help us learn more about the local food and culture of Emilia-Romagna and take us to small producers that are not on the usual tourist route and this tour delivered 100%. Our guide Roberta was delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. She was Interested in knowing a little about us and our interests and experiences of Italian food and culture so she could tailor her commentary accordingly, and she wove interesting stories about food production and local history throughout the day. We learned so much that we will never look at a piece of parmaggiano reggiano or prosciutto di Parma in the same way ever again. Our driver Alessandro expertly navigated both city and country roads and looked after us very well. This will be an all-time highlight of our many visits to Italy, and we have already recommended it to friends coming to Italy next year. Grazie mille Roberta e Alessandro!

was a fantastic day, where we visited various family-run productions and lots of tastings of produced products and wine. Fantastic guide and follow-up. even drove us to the hotel after the tour. Absolutely worth the time and money!

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
