I had some trouble with how to handle the emails and SMS messages for booking confirmation beforehand, but TRIP.com helped me out and I was able to participate in the tour without any problems. If the tour operator needs to communicate directly with the tour company, I think it would be helpful if they announced which app is required and provided information about safety, which would prevent misunderstandings like this. The guide was very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided thorough assistance, making it a wonderful experience. The magical sight of the fireflies and the sunset over the sea are memories I will never forget. I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Borneo.★

The Handsome Jeff Tan is a wonderful person to be our local tour guide cum chauffeur. He is knowledgeable of the places where we visited. He was energetic during the trip, capable of finding short-cut country roads when there were traffic jams at main roads. He drove for day and night without feeling tired!★

A perfect experience! Not only did we get to paddleboard in the rain, but we also saw a beautiful sunset. Lulu and another lovely instructor were both wonderful; they took amazing photos and provided perfect emotional support. Even after we left, the beautiful instructor noticed some photos hadn't been transferred and chased after us to send them. They offer service in both Chinese and English. Lulu is an excellent photographer—highly recommended!!!★

I had a great time paddle boarding. The guide gave clear instructions and took lots of pictures for me. Unfortunately, there was no sunset that evening, but it was still a great experience.
