Our tour guide, Ms. Lan, provided excellent explanations. She possessed a wealth of knowledge and explained each attraction in detail, making it easy to understand. She also took photos for us and actively answered our questions, helping us resolve any difficulties. The attractions were beautiful, though a bit crowded. The afternoon tea was a pleasant break, and the latte art and fan-making activities were enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, including rest stops and hiking, catering to the needs of every tourist. Those who didn't want to listen to the explanations were free to explore and enjoy the scenery on their own. Furthermore, when I lost my backpack at an attraction, the guide kindly accompanied me back to find it safely, ensuring that other tourists weren't delayed during their tea break. I believe this is the best one-day tour option in Hangzhou.â

This was my first short vacation in Hangzhou, and I casually booked a half-day tour package on Meituan. Guide Zhang was my host, and before we even met, he thoughtfully reminded me about public transportation. Once we met, he didn't waste any time on small talk; he went straight to the point and showed me the package. Guide Zhang was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the various attractions, patiently explaining everything while also allowing me time to take photos. Even though it was only half a day, Guide Zhang's dedication and professionalism in providing a thorough explanation were truly commendable. As a tourist from Shenzhen, this experience deepened my impression of Hangzhou. Thank you, Guide Zhang! I look forward to seeing you again. I will definitely share this experience with my friends; Hangzhou is a must-visit! đđâ

Luckily, there weren't many people booking tours, so our family got the whole tour to ourselves. Although Xiao Luo is young, she was very well-prepared. She brought along pictures of the Ten Scenes of West Lake from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and explained each scene to the children. The itinerary was very well planned; although we walked for almost three hours, it wasn't tiring at all with the explanations. Xiao Luo even prepared steamed buns for feeding the ducks â kudos! đđťđđťđđťâ
