They organised everything for me and I am very grateful for their service. Hotel room is big and very clean. Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is 5 stars. It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.

Everything was smooth until the check-out happened. I was scared because I need to pay something for ordering food. I explained that we did not order anything and that we had dinner outside the hotel. They tried calling the hotel restaurant to confirm and they said that it for for burger and beer and that it was ordered around 10pm. I told them that we were outside during that time. They let me wait for over 20 minutes and they still couldn’t figure it out. I know it is not the fault of the front-desk staff. I need to catch a train and didn’t know what to do. I said I will just pay it but I asked them to check it further, maybe the CCTV, the money was refunded eventually but no one informed about what actually happened. It is scary to not really know what happened. Did someone actually ordered using our room number? Or was it a technical mistake? Not sure. I would probably stay again in this hotel but I will inform the front-desk staff to not allow anyone order a room service.

What can I say? The family suite is just perfect! It is big enough for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, there is even a walking closet area! The location is okay, we walk around 10 minutes to the metro station. I would say the breakfast is the highlight. They provide Western food as well. It is totally worth it!

The hotel is close to the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center and within walking distance. This is very convenient for us who are on a special trip to see the Asian Games. You can also see the bus transporting athletes to and from the Asian Games Village along the way to the stadium. The hotel has a total of 15 rooms, the waiters are warm and friendly, although early check-in is not available due to the National Day and Asian Games, but we can understand. The room is large and the facilities are relatively new. Staying in a special room, the introduction said that the landscape is limited, the actual feeling is actually equivalent to a windowless room, the window is a wall, there are a few seams to transmit light, but fortunately we stayed for one night, did not care too much. Other suggestions are to add a place where you can put your luggage in the room, the table can be bigger, otherwise the room feels large but there is no place to pack and hang clothes.

I stayed at Blossom Hotel from 24 to 27th April. This was one of the most comfortable accommodation I ever booked. The rooms are large, very clean and the ambience is to die for. The decor in the room is so calming and they provide all amenities you need. Wifi is also available. Meals: The restaurant on 4th floor was one of the best, the meals are very accommodative to non Chinese. Clean facility, with buffet style. The staff is also very friendly.

The newly opened entrance in 2023 is decorated as if there are two Cullinans parked in Singapore. After entering the lobby, full butler service will be done after sitting down for a short time. Check-in is free all day in the executive lounge🆓 The housekeeper brought him into the room and gave him a cosmetic bag. He informed the mini bar that all the drinks were FEE. Although the room was not big, it was well-equipped. The entrance hall was decorated with LV silk scarves and the decoration was very artistic. The toiletries and care products were small bottles of Parma, which is different from ordinary five-stars and saves costs. The paper towels filled with Guangzhou OEM are also creamy paper. I was so impressed by the details of AMIRO’s makeup mirror that I immediately placed an order. The welcome fruit breakfast is Cantonese style morning tea and the taste is quite satisfactory. There is peach gum red bean paste at turndown and a pair of eye masks are provided. The bedding is from Serta. Even a person with poor sleep quality like me can have a good sleep ~ Personally Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect experience
