Everything went great. They contacted me immediately after booking. They offered a language they were comfortable speaking with. Upon arrival, they met me with a sign. Passport control took 5 minutes.★

I booked standard fast track upon arrival. They met me with a sign, checked my passports, took photos, and directed me to a window where only those with fast track were allowed through customs. Of the 440 people arriving from the plane, only 10-20 were there, and they got through quickly. There were also a couple with VIP fast track; they even opened a separate window for them, but after them, the line of standard passengers flowed through that window as well. It's definitely worth booking, especially if you're traveling on your own. We waited on the bus for the others, but it was a comfortable wait, sitting, not in a crowd or queue.★

Overall, the service is fine. But we didn't actually need it. A company employee found us when we were already standing first in line for x-rays after border control. There were no lines. But it depends on how busy the airport is. Sometimes you can't do without this service.★

I recommend this service. Passport control is quick. The airport is busy during peak season. We got through quickly – in 5-7 minutes, no lines.
