After arrival:
 
- Proceed to the International Terminal 2 - Arrival Hall.
 
- Look for our staff holding a greeting sign.
 
- Our staff will guide you to the Priority Immigration Lane for faster clearance.
 
- Important: Please stay in the VIP lane at all times. According to airport regulations, staff are not allowed to accompany passengers beyond certain checkpoints. Don't worry - they will guide you to the correct priority lane and stay nearby to observe until you have fully completed the process.
 
3. For Departure Fast Track
 
- Send us your information at least 3 hours before your flight.
 
- Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
 
- Complete airline check-in independently.

- Our staff will meet you and escort you to the Priority Immigration Lane.
 
- For Premium Departure Service: Our staff will also guide you to the Priority Security X-ray Lane for faster screening.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Disclaimer:

1. Service scope & waiting time

The Fast Track service provides access to a priority or faster processing lane compared to regular queues. Waiting time may still occur depending on airport conditions, immigration procedures, peak traffic, and other objective factors beyond operational control. The service does not guarantee zero waiting time, but aims to reduce processing time where conditions allow.


2. No-show & Non-refund Policy

The booking will be considered no-show and non-refundable in the following cases:

- The service cannot be delivered because the customer is not present at the designated meeting point or does not receive the Fast Track assistance as instructed in the product information.

- Flight details (including flight number, date, time, or terminal) are changed without prior notification, resulting in the service being unable to be arranged or executed.

- Incorrect or incomplete flight information is provided, which prevents the supplier from locating or assisting the customer.

- The supplier attempts to contact the customer via the provided communication channels, but confirmation cannot be completed and the customer cannot be reached at the time of service.

- Any situation in which the service is unable to be used due to the booking conditions not being met.


3. Communication & assistance process

The supplier will make reasonable efforts to reach the customer using the contact details and communication channels provided in the booking. In the event that confirmation cannot be completed or the customer cannot be located at the designated meeting point as per the service instructions, the booking shall be deemed no-show and non-refundable.


4. Cancellation & refund policy

Once the service is classified as no-show, cancellation or refund will not be applicable, regardless of the underlying reason. However, if the customer notifies a cancellation at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service time, during local business hours, the supplier will support the cancellation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
