As the first rays of dawn gently illuminate the morning, between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM during this tranquil and serene time, your professional guide will arrive as scheduled to meet you at your hotel in Xi'an city. They will then accompany you on a fascinating journey to the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum (famously known as the Xi'an Terracotta Warriors Museum), where you'll uncover the mysteries of history that have slept for millennia.
As you step through the museum's entrance, it's as if you've traveled through a time tunnel, transported to the glorious era of the Qin Dynasty over 2,200 years ago. Here, you'll have approximately 2.5 hours to freely explore various exhibition halls at your leisure, immersing yourself in this unparalleled cultural treasure trove. The museum meticulously displays over 7,000 precious artifacts, each serving as a historical envoy silently recounting stories of the Qin Dynasty. Observe the lifelike Terracotta Warriors - some with determined gazes and upright postures, seemingly standing ready to face enemy challenges; others with solemn expressions and slightly turned bodies, as if discussing battle strategies with comrades beside them. Their vivid expressions and postures inevitably evoke images of the ancient battlefield's heroic scenes with clashing weapons and billowing smoke. Then there are the pottery horses with diverse expressions - some rearing with heads held high, others standing quietly in contemplation - each with taut muscles and smooth contours that perfectly capture the majestic spirit of Qin Dynasty steeds. The exquisitely crafted bronze weapons, still gleaming coldly despite the passage of time, leave visitors in awe of ancient China's remarkable metallurgical techniques.
After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the guide will recommend the "Resurrected Legion" performance. Participation is optional at your own expense of 268 RMB per person. If you choose not to attend, we will arrange a dedicated vehicle to safely transport you back to a designated location within Xi'an's Second Ring Road where the tour will conclude.
Please note: This group tour typically concludes around 3:00 PM (please be aware that actual end times may vary due to dynamic factors such as tourist site crowd fluctuations and unpredictable traffic conditions, with the exact time subject to on-site circumstances). If you need to catch important transportation like high-speed trains or flights after the tour, we sincerely recommend booking connections with ample transfer time to allow sufficient buffer for potential unexpected situations and ensure smooth travel. Of course, if your schedule is tight and you wish to end the tour early, you may inform us at any time to arrange your own return transportation (at your own expense). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a pleasant journey!
