Note:
- Passengers are required to pay a SGD 10 Singapore ferry tax before departure, and upon arrival at the Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal, they must pay IDR 20,000 boarding fee and IDR 100,000 terminal fee. These fees are subject to change.
- You must exchange your boarding pass and reserve your seat directly at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter at least one hour before the departure time. Please note that seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- During peak hours, we recommend making reservations via email or phone. Please confirm your booking at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter one hour before the departure time. The operator will not hold your reservation beyond the specified time.
- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

Visa requirements and entry process:
- Passengers requiring a 30-day visa on arrival can complete payment through the system when scanning the QR code. After payment, upon arrival at Tanjung Pinang, they can use the automatic ticket gate like other travelers.
- Guests requiring a special short-term visa (7 days) must visit the manual counter to complete the application process.
- Singapore permanent resident guests who require a visa on arrival must use the traditional immigration process and cannot use the automated gates.
- Guests who have successfully obtained a physical visa do not need to scan a QR code. They can directly use the automatic gates upon arrival as their information is already in the system.
